I called express notaries and not only did they travel to me but they were very friendly and accomodating. I lost one of the pages I needed to notarize and they were able to print the page that was needed out and brought it to the same day appointment. Great company.

My husband bought a washer from them and it leaked plus flooded our pantry and kitchen!!!!! What a nightmare! The repair guy came out and he was great and very helpful but once he left it did the same thing! So we got a replacement until the original washer we bought for was being fixed. Within the last 2 months, I have emailed and called them asking them what happen to the washer we originally purchased which was more expensive than the replacement. Till now I am asking them for the difference since replacement works fine but just not in the best cosmetic condition. Spoke with his wife and she said she would look into the situation but till now still waiting. People make mistakes but we never got an apology or any empathy from these people, they just wanted to cover up their mistakes and get us out of their way! Didn't even offer a refund the first time the machine flooded. In my books, I will never buy or use their products again and we will continue to go to Sears outlet for needed reliable appliances!

He came back at no charge to see what was wrong. The control board had apparently gone out. I asked him if he could lower it to a flat position and I would just use it in that position. That was what he did and he did not pressure me to make an expensive repair. The machine is old and I don't feel it is worth fixing. I really appreciated his not charging me a second trip charge.

I had a weak bike rack that needed some welding while vacationing in Arizona. Instead, I went through Harbor Freight and saw they had a $75 off sale on their little wire-feed Titan Welder. I picked one up, along with an auto-darkening face shield and a spool of wire. After watching a couple of YouTube videos to make sure I knew what I was doing, I was able to do a decent fix. (although a lot of splatters, which some friends have since advised me that I was still going too fast) One caution, the helmet dashboard lit up immediately after the unboxing, so I "assumed" it had batteries installed. My second project, the dashboard did not light, so I opened up the battery case, only to find no batteries had been included. Luckily, no permanent damage to my eyes, but the box or instructions never mentioned that no batteries were included.

So now if we buy yet another one and it's been returned and sold to us as new, we are screwed on that one too!!! Absolute scam of a store.
