When we bought our house, and moved maybe 43 miles from where we were, we kept the dsl. After 3 yrs of dealing with satellite tv fails, I was ready to.do streaming, but the dsl couldn't cut it. That's when I called Hancock Telephone, just across the border in NYS. I am so glad I did. Where we had maybe 5mbs, we now have about 20mbs. No more buffering, and we can use multiple devices. The price is more then what we paid with the dsl, but it shows in the speed. What we spend in internet, we are saving on tv service. The troubleshooting phone calls are not helpful.. they just result that someone has to come out and a second visit required ( not helpful when you are not living there full time). Today's call was querulous- the provider was barely able to speak in complete sentences and stammering that he could not provide me any answers. Now I'll wait for another day to talk to the service tech... I would hate it but Spectrum looks like the better option for this locale.

Lately, it has been off for days. No one answers then phone during business hours. No one returns phone messages. There are never any notices announcing outages or work on the equipment. Clarity Connect has no excuses. The tower is less than 1/2 mile away and clearly visible. This is a business that should not be supported.
