Brandon helped me out today tremendously!!!! I had an issue with my iPhone after the new update from Apple. And he fixed it right away.

Well, I read the other reviews and I guess we came in on a good day. We were greeted nicely when we came in and were helped when the customers in front of us were finished. We added someone new to our account, I also got a new phone and a family member took my old but fairly new phone. Corey helped us with transferring all our data to the new phones and wiping out our old phones and then transferring all the info to my old phone from my family members old phone. In the meantime another couple employees came in and they were chatting with us also. There weren't any other customers at the time, so they helped to get our phones up and set. I have to say I'm very disappointed in this location. I went in to buy a new phone and a screen protector. The person working there insisted that he was the absolute best at putting on the screen protector. Well, he never cleaned the phone and it ended up with a lot of small dust particles. So now I just have to deal with it until the protector cracks and I need a new one. I also declined insurance as I was purchasing apple care and low and behold, I have a charge for insurance on my bill. Thankfully a quick call to Verizon and it was all settled! read more

I've been going to this location for years. Usually a couple times a year as we have 6 phones on our account. Anyway, there are usually 2 or 3 guys in there who are moderately helpful at best. Today I went in there and there was only One employee working there with one existing customer plus is as we walked in. We were in need of two new phones, one for my mother and one for my wife. The employee's name was Diamond and she simultaneously helped her existing customer, helped my mother with a new phone set up, helped my wife with a new phone set up AND got us into an unlimited plan saving me $17 per month. I was blown away!!! If I take I to account all the overage changes I was paying for exceeding our data then we saved even more. Diamond is a shining star who will undoubtedly not be there next time because she will be scooped up by someone who will pay her much more for her talents. Thank you Diamond!! read more

Don't waste your time here and go to a real Verizon store instead. The customer service is horrible and understaffed. I had to wait an hour to have a 1 minute conversation and learn the product I wanted was out of stock. There was only 1 other customer in the store and 1 "salesman" who did not posses the mental capacity to multitask. read more

The guy who was opening "Corey" got to work at 10:01 when they are supposed to already be opened at 10:00 and had breakfast and a dunkin drink.... if you got up on time you wouldn't of had a problem getting to your job that starts at 10:00. It's not early at all and you still struggle, then eats his breakfast and doesn't open the door until 10:10. We get in and he's has a huge attitude like we shouldn't of been there and was really unwelcoming and then gave the guy behind me in-line a big attitude too, will not be coming back. This is not a coporate store. So the don't offer any deals. They don't bother telling you that either. Even after you ask certain questions. I wouldn't go back there ever again. I've read all these reviews about the reps. Unfortunately I got Diamond. Actually complained to me about another customer complaining about her. I contacted their customer service and was told by another rude rep that they would look into it. Waiting for them to complete their "investigation." read more

Corporate does not back their Verizon stores. I went in to replace my broken phone. Bought a new phone and some how was signed up for an I-pad with a new phone number. When I called Verizon direct they said they would cancel the number and I-pad. I pay my bill through my phone so I was unaware they never canceled either. After 22 years using Verizon all they would say is "we can discount the early termination fee" Not even acknowledging I've been paying (for 8 months) for a line I never used or was aware was on my bill. totally dishonest. I have dropped this dishonest company. Steer clear of Verizon to many other companies to choose from now. Terrible customer service. read more
