Verizon customers beware! This location looks like an official Verizon store but it is not! I got scammed into what was said to be a "free" iPad with only a $10/month service charge. I was charged a bunch of extra fees above what Verizon direct would charge and the data plan was $25.81 instead of $10. When I went to return the iPad to the store, the big guy (can't remember his name but you will know who I'm referring to) tried to say there was a scratch on the iPad and he "couldn't return it". I immediately drove over to the legitimate Verizon store and spoke with the manager who took a look at the iPad and agreed that there was nothing wrong with it. I was able to return the iPad through Verizon but sure wish I would've been aware that this East Wenatchee location was TCC, NOT VERIZON, like all the signs outside say!! Had to go in for an upgrade today as my phone was not working and it was the quickest and easiest experience I've ever had at a Verizon store. Daniel got all of my information transferred for me and before I left he made sure that everything was working and also made sure we were on the plan we wanted to be on. He is definitely the best sales rep we have ever had at a Verizon and changed our minds from switching to a different carrier. read more

Do NOT do trade ins with this store! I did a trade in with them and they claim it was stolen from their office. Manager said he is working with his district manager to resolve , but that has been over 7 months. They just keep bushing me off every time I go in and inquire about it. What a joke! Went when my phone crashed. The girl that "helped" me pushed a few buttons, then tried to take my glass screen saver off. It shattered! She went to the back, came out and said we can't help you. Maybe try down the street. I said "what about my screen saver"? Oh, we don't have them for your phone. Watch out folks.. East Wenatchee Verizon is shady.. Horrible experience replacing a broken phone. Salesman said I qualified for a free upgrade. Said all I had to pay for was the sales tax on the phone. No charge for the phone itself. Seemed odd. Asked him multiple times if I would have to pay anything other than the tax on the phone. Assured me I would owe nothing. Found out that was not true. 1500 dollars later.. Complained to Verizon corporate. Got the run around. Talked to the store manager. She brushed me off. Said because she wasn't there she didn't believe me. Finally had to file with the state to get the problem resolved. Very shady on the stores part as well as Verizon itself. Resolution was not to my liking either but they had the leverage because my original phone was broken. In all I'd say I will never do business with them again. read more

My current phone was definitely in need of an upgrade. Made it to the store on a Friday night with only an hour before close. Daniel M. was not only kind and knowledgeable, but in no kind of hurry to rush us out of there. He was very professional and answered all of our questions while also cracking a few jokes and making our process at this location fun, easy & quick! Don't go to this Verizon store! Walked in off the street to talk about getting in line to buy the new iPhone 12 and Raphael was behind the counter, as were two others, store was empty, I asked while I was there could he charge my phone while we talked, he said no as they don't charge phones for free to people walking off the street only if I was to buy something, it's shocking to me that for the amount of advertising they spend to get someone in there to buy from them this could happen! I have 4 phones on my account and was going to get two new 12 models ordered. I'd like to warn anyone wanting to buy phones or phone accessories to NOT go to this store. First of all, they are not a corporate store, only a Verizon Wireless retailer. Which means that you will definitely pay much more for your devises than if you were to go to a corporate store. My two sisters and I went in to upgrade our phones. One sister and I got our new phones after hanging around for 3 hours of dealing with the nice but very uninformed sales lady Sandra G. They didn't have a third phone that we were looking for so we decided to go to Wenatchee to the corporate store to get the third phone only to find out that the identical phone was $50 less than we paid at the retail store, and the accessories (screen protector, car charger & protective case) which cost me around $120, only cost her $70 because they offered her the bundle which was not offered at the retail store. Besides the huge increase in price, Sandra was not very knowledgeable about the phones or how to program them. She tried downloading my sisters information from her old phone to her new. After it sitting at 50% downloaded for an hour and a half, and me trying to encourage her to restart it, she just kept saying "Oh no, it just takes a long time sometimes". When we finally left and went to the corporate store in Wenatchee, their associate Marco promptly restarted the download which took only 9 minutes. He was so helpful, fast and efficient. He answered our many questions that were not answered at this store, and even told us about a military discount we could get on our plan. Lesson learned. Go to a corporate store to get fast, knowledgeable and cost saving service! read more

Buyer beware! 14-day return policy and only if you have both the original receipt AND the credit card used for original purchase. So, if you receive a gift from this store and want to return it, you are out of luck, even with receipt. 'Company policy'. And, if you must go here, AVOID the customer service rep named kylen jordeen (sp?). Dismissive, arrogant and rude. He just walked away, refusing to help when I disagreed with the return policy.
