We recently went in to add my girlfriend's phone to my plan and were initially assisted by John, who was extremely friendly and helpful. We ended up upgrading her phone and then went back the next day and ended up upgrading mine as well. We pre-ordered the phones, and when they came in Alex helped us get everything setup. He had some trouble as her phone was having issues transferring everything over, so it took much longer than expected. But Alex was a trooper and made sure he didn't leave until everything was perfect (thanks again!). I am a actually a returning customer, as I have also purchased a previous phone from Derek, and I can't say enough about all three of these guys. Definitely a satisfied customer here. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a huge billing issue, this store left a $900 charge on my account for a phone that I had returned within the 14 day time period. I spoke with a man named John on 2 separate occasions who was unbelievably rude, disrespectful and placed the blame solely on me, stating he "refused to get involved." He literally hung up on me and wouldn't give me a chance to speak. If you're unwilling to help resolve a customer's issue, you need to put them in touch with someone who can. Not hang up and leave them to pay $900 for a phone that has been returned to your store. That's called stealing. It took more than 2 months and 10+ Phone calls to customer service to finally get the charge removed, with absolutely no help from the management at this location. Save your time and money from this scammy store or hope that John doesn't still work there, as he certainly has no concept of how to act professional. read more

Worst store ever. Verizon will tell you TCC ripped you off. TCC will tell you Verizon ripped you off. either way you will be ripped off and will,spend,many many hours trying to straighten out your bill. Verizon has really hit bottom and I,never thought I would say that about them. We've been with them for many years and never a complaint. Until we went to TCC for,our so called "free upgrade" lol!!! NEVER AGAIN. Please people do not go there and become another victim. The more folks who leave Verizon the more they will try to give better service. TCC is a very dishonest place. I also would give zero stars if possible. Do yourself a favor, and take the time to drive to an actual Verizon store. The sales staff are very good at what they do - they sell you a lot of useless products and services that are way overpriced (I later saw that I could have ordered it all on Amazon for a quarter of the cost). Basically, you have no idea how much anything is, and they keep adding "things you will need", all while appearing to be helpful and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the help I received from the 3 visits I made in order to have my information transferred from my old defective phone (Motorola Moto z2 play) to a replacement phone. The reason it took 3 trips is because we didn't realize till I went back home that the replacement phone also had the same defect (screen blacked out when making a phone call - couldn't hang up). Mike was very patient and pleasant while transferring the information to the first replacement phone and also when I came back an hour later. Mike communicated with the Verizon warranty department and had them send me another replacement. Both visits all together took over 2 hours and the manager even stepped in so Mike could eat his dinner. When the 2nd replacement phone came in I took it again to have the information transferred to the phone. This time it was Logan who helped me and he did an excellent job. Other reviewers gave negative reviews saying that the store did not want to help unless you were buying a phone. I found this not to be true and was very happy with the help I received. I understand that this is not a full service Verizon store but they were able to take care of my issues. The nearest full service Verizon store is in Lancaster which is another 15 miles away. read more

Dont go to the horrible manager named Chris if you have a problem. I went there as a new customer to buy the new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and sign up for service.. The salesman Jeremy G was great and very helpful and attentive. That us the only reason why I a giving this store a 2 stars and not a 1 star. after paying over $800 for a phone , I went home and it had some issues. I went back in and Manager Chris was there and very rude. He said things like thats not my problem and what do you want me to do about it. He promised a new phone the next day and even called and left a message that it would be there. I went all the way down there 2 times and it was not. He doesnt return calls at all. He did not rectify the situation at all. I had to rely on salesperson Jeremy to do that which he should not have to clean up the managers dirty work. There was even another customer in there with the same complaints about him except that one was dealing with it for over two months. No customer service skills lacking in a good personality and not helpful at all. I would not tell anyone to see him. read more

Terrible experience. Went at a time that should not have been busy and it wasn't so I thought I'd be in and out no problem. I just needed to upgrade phones and knew exactly which one I wanted so I really didn't need much help. Only 2 people were working, each with a customer when I arrived. I got no greeting or even an acknowledgment that I had entered their store. 30 minutes went by, no communication from the 2 employees and no reason to think they were finishing up with the customers they had, so I left. Even on the way out when I had to walk right by the salespeople, I expected a "We can help you in a minute" or at least "Have a nice day" but got neither. With many other options in the area and online I will not be returning. read more
