Super disappointed with my experience here. On Saturday, we went to upgrade both of our phones. My wife's phone has a secondary number on it for her work. After spending an hour trying to get it upgraded, Kennedy said that the tech-support said the only way to upgrade it would be to disconnect the second number and then reactivate it. She said there was a slight chance the second number wouldn't reactivate but that she had done this before and it shouldn't be a problem. After the upgrade went through the number did not reactivate. Kennedy told us to come back tomorrow or on Monday and we should be able to fix it. She said the problem was probably that the tech-support person just didn't know what they were doing. We came back on Sunday and worked with Erin. She got to a level two tier person who said the problem was just that it required 24 hours after deactivation for the number to reactivate. She said that they should not be a problem for us to come back on Monday and everything should reactivate super quick. I just spent two hours there with a new person, whose name I did not catch. At first he tried to be super helpful, aggressively going through several tech agents who did not know what they were doing. Finally, we got to level two support and a supervisor and we were put on hold while they were working on it. I told him it was OK to help someone else while he was on hold. Then, for some reason, the call disconnected. I got a text message saying the call had disconnected and immediately told him. About 10 or 15 minutes after that he came to me and since Kennedy had told me there was a chance the number might not reactivate there's nothing else he can do. He did not offer to call tech again or work on this with me. I asked him I should've done differently with degrading my wife's phone other than disconnect the number. He said he didn't know. After two hours, I feel absolutely abandoned by this company. I want to be clear, some of the staff here are excellent. I've worked several times with Josh and he is absolutely fantastic and sticks with things to get it fixed. Erin was able to really quickly get us with the right tech-support person who seemed to know what was going on and told us everything would be OK on Monday. Kennedy was super friendly and I do think tried her hardest... But at the end of the day, it shouldn't be this hard to upgrade a phone with the second number. And for the person today to know that I have spent three days here, doing two hours today alone, and to just give up on me when the call disconnected is absolutely unacceptable. I guess I'll just stick with corporate Verizon stores from now on. It's a bit more of a drive but I've never had an issue like this there. read more

Cannot get a hold of anyone by phone or messaging. Number on salesperson card goes to voicemail and Noone hears the voice and they're aware of it. For a nationwide company this sucks!!!!!! read more

These are the people you want to do business with. They understand customer service and are legitimately eager to help. A very welcome thing in 2023. Feels relational and not corporate. Highly recommend giving them a shot, especially if you've had an undesirable experience elsewhere. read more

I love these guys (and Erin). There's usually a wait, but I try to go when I'm not in a rush. You can always grab a coffee, smoothie or taco while waiting from one of the neighboring shops. Relaxed environment. read more

We went in (four of us) to get my daughter a phone. We weren't the easiest customers, a lot of talking and questions. Probably some confusion too. But Justin was great, he helped my Mom and daughter look through their options. He was extremely patient and thorough. I was very impressed with the service. I went into a Verizon store in Grand Haven a year or so ago (when they had a different location and probably different owners) and the service was terrible. For the past three days I have been struggling with my iPhone. After doing an update I stopped receiving calls and my phone had all kinds of glitches. I made three trips to the Grand Haven Verizon store this past week. Each time a nice, patient young man named Justin assisted me. Each time we thought it was fixed but I would get home and the phone would act up again. I finally called Verizon corporate, they were not able to help fix my issues either so they sent me a new phone. I am not a technical person so when I received the new phone I took it to the Verizon store and of course Justin was working. He took almost an hour with me, setting up my phone completely. He made sure everything was restored and working before I left the store. The other customer service reps in the store were also friendly and chatted with me while I waited. I would highly recommend this store for new phones or technical help. Justin went above beyond to help me. read more
