If you are in need of customer service and enjoy being made to feel dumb, ask the woman with short brown hair behind the computer screen. She will not only tell you why your request is not possible for them to fulfill, but also refuse to offer any other alternatives. Then she will frown at you till you leave. I was just diagnosed last year with sleep apnea so I went through Airway Oxygen for my CPAP machine. The equipment worked well but in most of my experience with them, it was HORRIBLE customer service. I felt as if I annoyed them just by walking through the door. I was not greeted, nobody smiled, and they talked to me like I was stupid. I can understand an off day but this happened on numerous occasions. I had spoke with them on the phone and the customer service was still horrible. In fact, I was told "there's nothing we can do about it" when trying to resolve an issue. They weren't even willing to help me by providing insight on a particular situation. I have to say though that the two people that did my fit test were very friendly and very helpful. It's just the ones sitting behind the screens that maybe should consider a change in occupati I will no longer go through Airway Oxygen. Hoping I find better service with CareLink. read more

I would never recommend this Airway Oxygen location to anyone. Both times I entered this facility to rent and return a knee scooter, I was either ignored by the staff that was there or there was no one present to help. When I returned the scooter, the staff person just took it and walked away and I had to ask for a receipt. She proceeded to hand write on notebook paper the date I returned it. Fast forward several months, I receive notice from my insurance company that I am going to be billed in full for two months rental (after return date). I called the office to clear the matter up and no one answered the phone. I left a message asking for a return call which never came. Instead I received a bill in the mail. For the most part all of the workers there seem to be nice, I did encounter one that was rude. They are now only keeping a frw items in stock so if you need something you need to make sure an order is in place ahead of time. Since they have partnered with Adapthealh service has definitely went down that is what I am basing this review on. Before I would send in a form monthly and I would receive my order monthly on time. Since the partnering there has been a disconnect. I didn't receive my order so I called airway oxygen in Holland Mi and they gave me two numbers to call. I was on hold for over 45 minutes bwfore I gave up and left a call back number they called 2 days later and gave me another number to call. They couldn't find my information in their system. I did eventually receive a partial order and they confused one item with another and told me to keep it instead of returning it.. so my insurance gets charged for something I didn't want. My order falls under two different categories so I had to contact my doctor to fax in a new script. They said they did but Adapthealh said they didn't receive it. So now I have to contact my doctor again. So frustrating. Adapthealh sent me a form to fill out for my order but it only included 2 items, one which I don't need. I've been here a few times since my doctor diagnosed me with sleep apnea. They got me fixed up with a great CPAP machine to help me sleep good at night for the first time in about 7 years. When I've stopped in for supplies or information all of the ladies working here have always been friendly and knowledgeable. Sue is the respiratory therapist who I see whenever I need specific information on my CPAP machine usage and is not only friendly when I go into their office but is also very good about returning my phone calls which is a very good thing since lots of people forget their customers if they are not standing right there in front of them. All in all just a really nice company to do business with and I will gladly recommend them to anybody who has need of their services or products. read more
