This is a tough thing dealing with this review... because I don't think the people working there…read moreintentionally try to be bad at their job... but I think they just happen to be working at a small store for an incredibly evil company that does all they can to scam their customers. All in all, the people at the store I think are trying to be helpful... and they're nice people. But Xfinity is a terrible company, and a lot of the stuff you do becomes dependent on the corporate side of things, and they are vile beings. When you deal with corporate, they give out dead numbers, they don't contact you, they do all kinds of shady things. And the people at the store just get stuck in being your in person contact for the lowest of the low in the business world. So the store itself is typically nice people. But Xfinity is by far the absolute worst company I could ever deal with, and they are truly horrible and despicable. So this review isn't so much for the store, because chances are you'll be treated okay.... but I just want all of my fine Panama City residents to know that they should absolutely avoid Xfinity like it's the plague.

(Though I've been assured several times, "this package is not a promotion"....) No joke? how about a friendly "hey were gonna need the other half of that paycheck" notice of some kind? Customer Service- occasionally you'll get on the phone with a human who makes you believe, if only for a moment, there is hope. Don't be fooled. They are helpless. Kind, but absolutely useless. Assurances and adjustments pacify you for the moment. Other times you spend HOURS in total on hold, being switched, disconnected and ultimately frustrated. I should know, I've spent way too much time on the phone going back and forth. These guys are CROOKS, no two ways about it!! And incompetent crooks at that! Both Shauna & Savannah were well versed and extremely knowledgeable. Long story short, T Mobile's off shore phone techs were not well trained, incompetent and they ended up "bricking" my T Mobile Gateway forcing me to drive 75 miles and spending 8 hours reprogramming my security system, cameras, home automation, sprinkler system, lighting, TV's. computers, etc. I highly recommend Chris (store manager) as well as Shauna and Savannah. They were all wonderful to deal with. My advice is to go to your local T Mobile store such as T Mobile in Callaway, Fl and don't waste your time with off shore techs who lie about their qualifications.
