I went in to purchase a phone that I had already looked everything up online and double checked with an customer service rep over the phone so I knew cost plan and everything . But I decided I wanted to be impatient and pick the phone up in person . So I go to this location and begin processing everything . Add the line , the store personnel unpacks the phone and begins updating the phone not even importing the information yet . When the rep was unable to properly set up my plan she called into AT&T and proceeded to impersonate me ! Instead of advising the customer service rep that she was store personnel ! Like this is insane! Then my original rep from AT&T customer service calls me back as her and I previously discussed Incase the store had an issues or the phone wasn't available.I guess I had an intuition that it would be nonsense ! So I asked the store rep to cancel everything , this woman tells me oh there will be a $55 restocking fee !!! Like I haven't even touched that phone ! They are so unprofessional! When I requested a manager I get told only this lady was available and she was the manager . The lady helping me had slippers on and was in a sweat outfit ! The other in store rep who said she was the manager was in a stained shirt and leggings . Since when does a big company like that not manage personnel and allow the "manager" to be so Sunday clean around the house casually dressed for work ! Ugh I would not go to this location . Update ; spoke with the district manager and he has rectified the situation . Very professional and a pleasure to deal with . Good luck training those employees .

I just recently bought a new phone (because my old one was stolen in Brasil. That will happen…read moreapparently) so I needed a phone case. I spent the equivalent of a small country's yearly GDP on this new phone so I didn't wanna spend another leg to get a phone case. I was calling around places in the city asking if they had cases for my specific phone, and a few places actually said they did, but when I arrived, they didn't have it. SMH! But then I called this place, after randomly searching for it on google and they told me to come down because they had cases. I got down there and they had literally 10-15 DIFFERENT types of cases for my phone, and the one I bought cost me $10 (not the $35 t-mobile was asking). When I left the store all I could think about was coming on Yelp and writing a review for how awesome this place is. It's a wholesale place so they have a HUGE selection of stuff, and the stuff is super cheap so if you need any accessories for your cellphone, this would be a good place to start. I would be surprised if you were looking for something and they didn't have it.

Upon arrival I said oh you must be here for the cable installation to which he responded you know more than I do why I am here, weird! So I brought him out to the spot where he was going to be installing the cable box too which he informed me he could not do because the TVs were not mounted yet, I said oh I did not realize, I am a 22 year old female and he said do you even know how to do this you will have to hold the TV up for me the entire time I work on it. I said that is not realistic so then I showed him he TV which was in an isolated electrical closet and he continued alone with me saying "I could watch you hold up the TV all day" then proceeded to ask when I get off work and he wants to take me to lunch and he will give me his number to which I responded absolutely not and you need to leave I have a boyfriend. Now that situation was inappropriate and unprofessional enough, I brought it to my manager's attention when he arrived, of course he was shocked and agreed it was extremely inappropriate. He called Comcast to address the situation, was put on hold for over an hour and the supervisor refused to talk to him saying, not my problem call the police. If this is the type of employee behavior that Comcast allows I would never let them near my home or business. Disgusting, and he never even completed the job he came to do!
