Had to come here unexpectedly when my boyfriend accidentally dropped his phone in the pool at our vacation home. We called beforehand to let them know about the situation and asked if it was possible to get a new one, considering we are from Georgia. They said they could do it, and they were already ready for us when we got to the store. They made the process super easy and pretty quick for how much has to be done throughout the process. I am out of state on my girlfriends family vacation and my phone was damaged from water and within the hour of time it took to get here and an hour for Dante to hook me up and here I am writing this review!! Don't waste your time at the big Verizon store. If you want personal attention then you need to go to Wireless Zone. They will spend as much time as you need helping you one on one. No sales pressures. Return anytime for help or questions. Nikolet, the manager of the Key West store, is amazing. If she doesn't know the answer, she will find it. Having gone to this Wireless Zone I would never go to the big Verizon Store and I advise you to do the same. read more

This is by far the absolute best service I've ever gotten in any Verizon store in 3 states. Nikole was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and professional and an excellent problem solver, no matter what issue she was presented with. She was extremely generous with her time and expertise, spending hours with me to make sure everything was working right. If I ever have a problem with my phone I will come back to Nikole for help, even though I live in Delaware. It really pays to go to the smaller store where you're treated with such attention. read more

We needed to set up a new phone so we went to the Roosevelt store, personnel was efficient and knowledgeable on the phone set up , BUT no wiping of counter/pens or anything that was touched by a previous customer, not all staff even wore a mask!! This is unacceptable with the corona pandemic, and a plastic shield should be set up for the protection of the staff. I wore a mask/ then went to the car to get a sanitizer wipe so I could continually wipe my hands after touching things that touched counter or by the staff. This is not safe for the staff having to work or the customers coming in. I hope Verizon helps this situation read more

Sales and service are awesome @ 2724! We were helped by Brett who went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with wonderful customer service. We had some problems with our Verizon Phone and he was able to fix it for us. This is why we have a Verizon phone. On the other hand- We went to the other Verizon Corporate Store first (next to the Publix) and they were only interested in selling us a $700 IPhone instead of helping to fix the existing phone. Guys in really bad suits, excuses with no screw drivers to take the back of phones off! We went to the Radio Shack next door that told us about the other Verizon Store @ 2724. There is a lot to be said about shopping at a family owned business. You normally get much better service than a corporate business. That is 100% the case with this Verizon store. One of the owners is on site all day every day and you can tell by the level of great customer service you receive. read more

Good thing they are here you get nervous when you have phone trouble when your traveling. They were easy to find you can see there sign from the main road. I cannot say enough positive things about Wireless Zone. I bought my Verizon cell from a company store in the mainland. My phone sunk to the bottom of the ocean and I bought a used one online. I needed a SIM card and they installed it with a smile. Then, as my luck would have it, the replacement phone had issues and I went back to my old backup phone, which once again, needed a SIM card. I went back and saw the same gentleman that helped me before. He was very courteous and installed a SIM free of charge, knowing I had not purchased any of my phones there. To prove that their generosity is not a fluke, while I was there, I overheard a female co-worker take a call from someone who was trying to call a competitor store. She said that they had the wrong store and even Googled the number for the caller. They're all aces in my book. read more

i am a Key West local and I love, love, love this store. As others have done I went to the other Verizon in Key Plaza and after listening to the salesman tell me the Samsung S6 is the worst phone and trying to sell me an LG, I decided I was in the wrong place. I went to this store in the Winn Dixie plaza and could not be happier. They did not have the phones I needed so they had them delivered the next day (New Years Eve) and transferred all data before closing the store. Absolutely the best customer service and professionalism I've experienced in any Verizon Store. read more

If anything ever happens to my cell phone again, I will fly down to Key West to let Brett take care of it . My iphone was smashed - Brett was not only able to retrieve all my data, contacts, photos but put me into a new plan that's going to save me almost $100/month. Would just like to spread the word about Alex at the Verizon store in Key West Fl. Alex spent about two hours getting my hot spot to work while on vacation that I had purchased in Appleton Wi. Most people including me would have given up but she would not take no for a answer from the Appleton store no matter what they came up with as an excuse. This is a great place! We decided to switch to Verizon because of coverage. I got on line to find out where to go in Key West. Read the reviews of the 2 places available, and decided to go to the 2724 N Roosevelt Blvd store. We originally spoke with Nana about switching. Our questions were all answered clearly. When it came time to switch, she had been/has been extremely helpful. We were also impressed with the other staff we were in contact with. If there were no other customers, Jeffrey and Carina would be helping us as well. They work wonderfully together. I am SO glad we chose Wireless Zone! read more

My phone lost 4G this week, after spending 1/2 hour on the phone with an awesome tech in NC Sunday night, decided to go to the Verizon store by the Publix. I signed in, and after listening the salesman there telling people he was short handed & to call Tech support, I decided it wasnt worth the wait. On the way out, a man told me of the other Verizon store by the Winn Dixie. Wow, what a find. Manny did some checking on my phone, and determined it was my simm card. He quickly replaced it and had me back up and running very quickly. He was very friendly & gave me a lot of verizon pointers. He also said to come see him or call him if I have any other problems. There was no charge involved, and he never asked for my phone number until time to activate the simm card. Guess where mynext phone will be coming from. Not only is he a great Verizon rep, he he also knows where the locals eat - which is a find in itself. If you're in KW, head to the Winn Dixie Plaza and find Manny! read more
