I've been in the store twice now-and each time (with patience forward as I work in customer service) this larger woman with longish medium brown hair speaks over me, is super condescending & plain rude. Why? No idea-but its not hard to actually WANT to help people in customer service-I'm sorry you dont like your job or life but try to be NICE?. It was time to turn my beloved iPhone in for a newer model and Caitlin made it all happen seamlessly. Apple said the data transfer would be 39 minutes; it was closer to 3 hours. But, what an enjoyable time while waiting. People came in and out with a variety of problems which were fixed with humor and cheer. They tell us customers spot them in completely different states and beeline for them...."thank god you're here. I'm having a little problem with my connection...". Together, as my contacts, photos and apps were transferring we discussed all the episodes of "Yellowstone", debated whether Jamie was a good guy or a bad guy, wondered if the boy in the bunkhouse is somehow Rip's son (they resemble each other), and how those that sing on the show do have nice voices. Before you know it, everything was transferred, I had a new phone, a new screen protector, camera protector, case and charging cord. It was a great pleasure to deal with Nick and Caitlin. They straightened out two problems that I had. I spent about 10 hours on line and on the phone with the Verizon company with no success, I finally went to this store. The folks all were friendly and knowledgeable. My first visit was to replace a defective phone. It took Nick a little while, but they got the authorization. The next day my replacement phone arrived. I went back to the store. They transferred all of my data to the replacement phone and got it working. My last visit was to change the account ownership from my employer to me personally. It took about an hour, but they did all the work including setting up automatic payment of my bill. I recommend them highly. It was actually fun to talk with them as they got my system going. December 20, 2018 my wife brought home an original 2016 Google Pixel XL 128MB on a $800 payment plan. The same phone currently sells on Walmart's website for $449.95 (less on some other sites, or if unlocked). We drove back to the store within hours. Upon bringing the phone back we encountered extreme resistance that included all 3 associates in the store. This included blaming us for signing for the phone, explaining that they are a for-profit business, attempting to convince us that this model of the Pixel is 'time-tested', and discarding our issue with the price due to a couple cheap accessories that were included (case + extra charger). It took some extreme customer-induced motivation to get everything reversed and purchase a 2018 Google Pixel 3 XL 128MB for roughly the same price (Verizon Holiday Deal: $1,050-$200 =$850). The same evening I sent an email to the manager listed on the business card given to me by the store (Tina Dodge). No reply yet, however it's been 8 days, and this is Christmas week. By my count it's been at least 3 full business days, not including the weekend before Christmas. I guess it's kinda hopeless, since we've pretty much chosen to never return to this store, or Wireless Zone in general, unless absolutely necessary. We should have purchased through Verizon's website and had phones shipped. I still can't believe this store is selling 1st gen Google Pixels for $800 to their customers. That's pretty much a 50% markup on the actual value! read more

I came in to get a new iPhone set up at the Littleton store. While this was happening, I listened to an elderly man who was clearly frustrated with his new phone, and then watched the store clerk (may have been the store manager, I think her name was Tina, but I might be remembering it wrong) patiently and repeatedly explain the phone and the technology to the man until he was satisfied. Really great interaction with that customer. She also patiently helped me set up my phone, I never felt rushed even though the store was busy. The staff I interacted with were all patient and quite knowledgable about the phones, and I was amazed as well at how many customers came into the store where the staff knew them by first name. (This is certainly not something I see in Boston where I live.) So in summary, really amazing customer service, wonderful staff and great management. Thanks! read more

Do not purchase a phone from this retailer... It is a Verizon Wireless franchise. Excellent customer service until you have paid the account. I am left with a $700,00+ I phone that is defective and pretty much not dependable. The packaging was accidentally damaged and therefore even though it was returned 3 times within the 14 days they will not assist with anything. Make the extra trip to a real Verizon Corporate store! read more

I was treated with dignity and felt so very thankful that Littleton , NH has such a great Verizon Wireless Zone store. While I was being helped, a lovely gal named Tina Dodge Biron assisted my 85 yr. old husband with his cell phone. Again, her professional manner was noticeable. Customer service kind of stinks. Rude employees. Not very helpful when trying to decide on the right phone. Very stuck in their personal ways and what they use for phones. Prices are higher than online and no price matching. Not many phones in stock. They will order a phone for you but why not just order directly from Verizon and get the phone cheaper. I was happy to have some help from the manager when I walked in. She spent some time listening to my phone issue and helped me even though I wasn't a version costumer. George is a crook! I went to him to change my service over to verizon. His tech informed me that it was possible so we went ahead with the process. Him and the tech were completely wrong! My phone is now a $700 iPod and he refused to refund my prepaid service of $40. It's $40!! His claim was "I will have to bill you for the tech support of trying to connect you to our service."
