Happy with my phone purchase , however I was misled into buying "warranted" screensaver kit. When purchased last summer U was assured the would mail me replacement screensavers since I lived out of State. I've called the store at least 6 times over 3 months and have spoken with the owner, Amanda and Cameron who each assured me it was mailed already or that I'd get a call back. They were never able to give me a tracking number. Total SHAM. read more

Watch your back at this store. We went in to lower our bill and it ended (unknown to us until we received bill) being $91.00 increase! We were sold a tablet with miss information. We were told there would be no additional charge. Only the tablet. The bill showed a new line was added, this a higher monthly bill for a new line. We called Verizon to complain. They told us they would send a label to us so we could return the tablet. After a month we called Verizon back and they had no record of this call. Then we were told to return at store. We were told by the store there was nothing they could do because we did not contact them first for a return. I called Verizon back, they removed the line and helped us with the tablet. Beware of this store and listen carefully to what they don't tell you. They just want to sell. The managers of this store were no help but they can talk in circles and leave out important details to get a sale. read more

Went in to upgrade my fathers phone, add a phone line and change plans and was so surprised by the simplicity of it at this location! All thanks to Harry he made us feel so welcomed, helped us figure out our needs, helped entertain our little one, and made our monthly bill better! At any other Verizon location it takes FOREVER to get anything done and can never understand what they are talking about. Came into this store with a cracked iPhone 7. Amanda reviewed my account and was not only able to upgrade me to a new iPhone 14 with all the bells and whistles, but also lowered my bill by 30 bucks a month! The out the door costs are reasonable as I have unlimited replacement of my screen protector and camera protector for two years. The manager Harrison helped me out with hooking up my phone to my truck as well. Overall it was a painless, productive and pleasant transaction. Amanda had a bad attitude, made no eye contact and seemed disinterested in helping me set up my new phone, as I did not buy it there. She charged $50 to transfer data, whereas the Hyannis corporate store charges $30. Amanda refused to give me a veteran's discount, saying they don't do that for veterans. Most of the time she was distracted working on someone else's phone; the person arrived after me. Amanda had a terrible attitude, was rude and the services were overpriced. She insisted she would not be able to transfer Comcast email data, but I got my password and asked her to try -- it transferred just fine! It seemed she didn't want to be bothered. The same for my gmail account, I asked her to set it up when I provided my password. I paid $50 for a screen protector, but should have ordered one from Amazon. Amanda tried selling me a bundle of 3 screen protectors for $150 with replacements (unnecessary!) for a year when you can buy them from Amazon for $13. This is price gouging! When I went to get my new phone I was greeted very kindly by both ladies behind the desk. Cassie was very helpful and kind! She helped me when I was clueless about what was going on. I highly recommend talking to her if you ever go in. She knows a lot about technology and even helped me after I was out of the store by answering more questions. Terrible service! Customer service lied to us repeatedly and was very unhelpful. Save yourself time and money - take your business elsewhere! They tried to charge us $1000 for a phone, that at a another Verizon store was $400. Also, told us we could only cancel once it came into the store (in fact I could cancel online). Very rude, and unhelpful. The salesperson wouldn't listen to what I needed, and then claimed I needed information that I didn't have, so that I could port a number over from another carrier. I went outside and called Verizon, got everything done over the phone in 10 minutes. The Verizon person said the wireless zone was a 3rd party retailer and that I should stick to actual Verizon stores. read more

My husband had been locked out of his Samsung Galaxy 8 for way too long. He had sought help from several resources via phone, on-line or in person trying to unlock his phone but none of the attempts were successful. The other day we decided to stop at this Verizon store as we were driving past it. We talked to Julie and, after we explained the problems to her, she came up with a way to unlock my husband's phone. We were thrilled! Julie is very smart and quick as well as being personable and easy to interact with. She and her team have very strong customer service skills and my husband and I feel fortunate that we walked into her store that day. read more
