I am not from San Francisco, CA. I am from Cape Cod. Nothing was ever discussed about the "Warranty". I also NEVER made harassing calls or emails to him. Am I trying to hold him accountable to our phone conversation? Absolutely. The response by Patrick, the Owner of On Call Computer Services is 100% False. Never have I harassed him or threatened him in any way. There were other people in the office who heard the entire conversation. There was one phone call to Patrick where we discussed the pick up and refund of the computers. Patrick stated he had to "find the money" to refund us. This call was on Monday, the 31 st of March 2025 this past week. We had an uncomfortable conversation, however, never did I threaten him or swear at him. He is clearly trying to push some sort of false narrative to now avoid doing what he agreed to do in our conversation. We also agree to talk later last week and when I never heard from him, I called the business line which went directly to voicemail without ringing. Then I tried his cell phone which did the same thing. I have received an email from Patrick, threatening me with a restringing order and the like. I've never been to his business and he is correct, we've never met. Although I did see him in the parking lot on Monday after he left the office. Let me state, I and the Controller for the company and while the responsibility of the purchase was on the General Manager, this has fallen in my lap and I'm trying to deal with it. I will not be bullied into Patrick's belief his is somehow the viticim. He built three computers for the company for a total of $5,200. Two of the computers currently do not work properly. There have been at least 4 attempts at repairing them to no avail. The third one is in another office in a different town and has never been turned on due to the issues we've had. Patrick blocked me because I'm trying to hold his company accountable. He has no money and is simply spreading lies. After the one phone call we had, I thought we had an understanding. Clearly, something changed and I will have to pursue through the proper legal channels. Everything is this review is 100% accurate with phone records and cancelled checks to prove! My old computer was just so slow that it was almost unusable. Patrick offered two levels of service and two prices, so that I could select the service that fit my budget. Had two computers that needed repair. Both Dell laptops, one much older than the other. The newer one had a bad hard drive which was salvaged and repaired. We appreciated that. The older one was converted to Ubuntu and runs but with error messages that can not be cleared. Should have purchased a new Windows laptop instead of paying what we did to repair the older laptop. We should have discussed in more detail what the options were up front and not spent the amount of money we did. read more

Patrick White is terrific. I all but live on my laptop, and one day discovered that my A, B, N, and left shift key had stopped working. In a bit of a panic, I found Patrick on Yelp. He ordered a new keyboard for my laptop, called me when it came in, and after I dropped it off that same day, he made the repair in not much more than an hour and called me back to come pick it up. He also repaired a crack on the laptop that I wasn't even aware of, gave me some excellent advice about how to stay on Windows 7 into the future, and showed me around his most interesting office.
