I spent a week trying various software and hardware fixes on my own before having the sense to bring it to Microworx, where they pretty much instantly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was impressed by how carefully and thoughtfully the technician listened to my explanation of exactly what the symptoms were, which of course might have had something to do with why he was able to repair everything so effectively. Beyond that, they left me an incredibly detailed voicemail message explaining exactly what had caused the problem and how to fix it if it ever happens again. Beyond that, when I got home I discovered that my entire computer (keyboard, screen, etc) was cleaner than I ever remember seeing it. Beyond that, the price was extremely reasonable, and less than they had led me to expect. I had a terrible experience here 20 years ago and have refused to patronize them since. Of course all of the personnel are different now, and I am so glad I finally gave them another chance. I am absolutely delighted with this place.

When she finally returned with the ticketed turkey, she rang me out and never acknowledged or apologized for any inconvenience from the delay in the checkout process. Her discourteousness and lack of concern for the customer experience reflects very badly on that store and Target as a whole. I will endeavor to never shop there again.

First to talk options and get estimates and make an appointment. 2nd was to drop off the car. In-between, I did do some price checking. And everything was within the same range. Dropped the car off early since I knew it had to be there awhile. When I called later in the day to get an estimate for a pick-up time, it was about done. Someone walked me through the changes and new equipment. I was pretty comfortable without this but it was fine. I also had someone else in the parking lot with me. But the business should note that some individuals may not want to sit in their cars alone with a stranger. And, if you are picking up your car, bring a friend in this situation to sit with you for the tutorial!

They were able to fit us in quickly and do the job that Best Buy could not. They were professional and friendly. The work they did in the car was extremely neat, they did a nice job, and did so for a very reasonable price. In fact, they were even on the lower end of the price range they quoted us. They have made us a customer, as in any future vehicles we purchase, we will come here FIRST.

My phone trade in was finally released from my visit to 3359 Monroe Ave fiasco 2 weeks ago. The silver lining to that was I received $155 more for my trade in at the Verizon Business Center at Culver and University. All three employees I worked with: Mike Kevin and Curtis were great. Went in to this store for tech support. (I didn't realize they don't do any tech support--just…read moresales I guess??) The man who I spoke with was so rude to me. I tried to explain what I had done so far in terms of troubleshooting the issue and researching on the internet. He told me "well I don't work for the internet." (okay....) I said, "apparently this is a pretty common issue with the newer phones that have eSIM cards." His reply: "What do you want me to do about it?" I mean, "help me, maybe?" I've never felt so disrespected for doing nothing but walking into the same store where I had gotten my phone less than 2 months prior, asking for help. Wow. Oh, and the kicker is that I was right. The tech issue was indeed the eSIM card, which needed reprovisioning. This man had just never heard of the issue, and so I guess he decided to be ultra rude to me to cover his own inadequacies. Someone with his people skills should should not be in customer service field at all. I would seriously go anywhere else other than this store. I am planning to switch cell companies when my current phone is paid for--that's how disrespected I felt after this "conversation." It was my bad for not realizing they don't do tech support, but he could have just told me that. Something like, "oh, I see. I think this issue goes beyond what we typically do in the store.
