I got promises of repairs to get my issues resolved. Because I still didn't have service I, after many many conversations, was promised a refund for that month. As time went on I still had no service so I cancelled my account. Now Verizon has recanted on refund because I cancelled my account. This is theft, I paid for a service & Verizon didn't provide it. BEWARE OF VERIZON'S SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. Don't believe the "your refund has been processed".

I had to call them several times getting there because I had no GPS with a broken phone (calling like a maniac from my watch) but they were so helpful and didn't care that I was late. Tim came in, swooped up the phone and told me it would be done in an hour - he was dead on. While I was waiting (and while there weren't other customers that needed help) Josh talked to me about his day and we found out we were both into reptiles. He entertained me with his stories from the reptile rescue. I stepped out to take a call (on my watch) and Tim came out and hand-delivered my phone so I could talk like a normal person. I wish I could give this place 100 stars, they saved my day and I had an absolutely amazing experience!! Thank you, Josh and Tim!

Doug kept stating that installing this glass was not part of his job- this was the same person who installed it initially a few months prior.
