Got paid by insurance and I paid him $120 above that. He didn't understand that Porsche radios must be programmed to the car's vin. and after two replacement radios, 37 (the actual number) phone calls, and patiently waiting for 6 months for him to figure that out, on June 27th he told me to find someone else to finish the job. Since he started it, the insurance won't pay a reputable company to program it, and Frank, who could get paid for programing it won't finish the job. I'm left with a radio that still doesn't work, and no way to fix it except pay for it myself. After he couldn't just replace the radio, Frank is rude and abrupt. YOU should stay as far away from that place as only possible.

The nicest part is Frank always calls you into the garage to explain exactly what was done and makes sure you're happy and satisfied with the finished product. I travel from Massachusetts and the drive is well worth it. If you love your vehicle, want expert workmanship with fair pricing and like being treated like you're a part of a family, then this is the place for you!

But do you know why I love Bjs? Its because its not Costco. You can go in get you stuff and walk right out. It doesn't feel like a black friday door buster everyday. This BJs is way less crowded than Costcos in Waterbury. To be perfectly honest though I have both Memberships. One thing that this BJs has that Costco doesn't is very cheap propane refills. Overall its really not bad.
