Just like I read on another review, if I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would in a heartbeat! I brought my business over from another carrier because I was really disappointed with there customer service. Saturday I came into this location to get 2 IPhone 14 max pro's the young lady helping us was new but trying hard. A young blonde white guy was over her shoulder helping her. He promised these phones would be in that very next Monday. well Monday came and went.. no phones. Wednesday I get a notification 1 phone is in BUT I can't get it until the other one arrives. here it is a week later and I'm being told I have to wait til the middle of December WTH Stay away from this store! read more

I would give this place no stars if possible. My fiancé and I went there in June. He wanted a new phone and wanted to switch him to my account since I get a discount. While we were there everything was great! We were treated well and the sales associate, Nikita, seemed very knowledgeable. I even purchased a Hum for my car due to her recommendation. Fast forward a month. My fiancé receives a bill for a tablet he cancelled and an over due balance. We call customer service, they have nothing. We're confused since we took care of everything while we were there. I explained this to the customer rep and asked how this could happen after dealing with three people that day to confirm everything that transpired? They call the store and get the sales rep. She straight lies to the lady saying she has no idea what we're talking about, yet in the next breath denies knowing us and wants us to come in and prove who we were. I said I wanted to speak with her manager. Response : We don't have managers. This place is a damn fraud! We refuse to pay a bill that has no basis for the charges. (How can you be overdue when you pay every bill on time???) Side Note: We have documentation proving all of this. Apparently, that means nothing. read more

Extremely helpful. my son who has aspergers was getting a phone for the first time. she was very patient in helping him choose a phone and in getting him set up with a phone plan. we have bought two new phones from the store and are pleased every time with the service. read more

DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE - YOU WILL BE MISLEAD! I had the absolute worst experience I've ever experienced here. I was intentionally mislead in order to complete a sale - I was not told that my plan would be completely changing, even though I asked. This was a change that could not be revoked or reinstated, and the person selling me my phone knew that. When I called the store upon realizing this unwanted change, the management was extremely rude and refused to help me or return my calls. I even went a step above and called the district manager (Cory) and left several messages, which were never returned. I have never been so frustrated and dissatisfied! Terrible customer service. There's a really good Verizon store at White Marsh that's ~10 minutes from this store. Do yourself a favor and go there instead. This place is terrible. Just one star! I love the service the network provides but the experience I had at this location was a mess because I was talking to one guy that greeted me as I walked in and then another guy interrupted and then told me that what I came for was not going to work and then I said well it should cause I know what im talking about and as he fought my words I was thinking "damn I came to get help but this guy don't have any to offer" so instead of showing my anger I just went to the guy who greeted me and left the mr know it all to himself and then the guy who was helping me was new but I left a happy camper because my phone was working again and I wanted to let that asshole have it but he wasn't worth my words. read more

TERRIBLE service. I have used this retailer more than once and every experience has been awful. I am beyond confused why I have even continued to give them chances. This experience was by far the worst. I was given false information, given someone else's information, and lied to. MOST of the employees are extremely rude and un-friendly. I say most because I have had nice employees and still received bad service. Anyone I know that has gone here has agreed with me. Don't waste your time. Drive the extra ten minutes to White Marsh. This store is so UNPROFESSIONAL that the front counter white lady with blonde hair was rude and push me when I politely said excuse me while trying to leave store. Will never go there again and WILL be pressing charges. Also not even a REAL Verizon store only auth dealer. read more

I've used this location several times, because I'm lazy, but no more. The employees seem nice enough (some of them anyway), but don't seem to know what they are talking about. I never get the same information about the same problem, and generally all of what I am told is wrong. My plan has 4 lines attached to it. I've purchased three phones here as upgrades using one lines upgrade to upgrade another, and I've had to come back all three times because something was screwed up. I've had better luck, and more knowledgeable assistance at Best Buy, and I hate going to that store. read more

Looks like they some how got my orginal review removed from the site so I will be positing again! I stopped at Cellular Sales because from the outside it looks like a Verizon corporate store. From the moment I stepped inside it was quickly evident that this store was not up to the corporate caliber. Walking through the front door and figuring out where to go was awkward. A handful of employees were sitting behind their desks looking at each other clearly trying to pawn me off on one another. Finally a young gentleman greeted me and asked me to sit as his desk. I was there for my childrens upgrades and as teenagers tend to be they were very specific in which phones they wanted and which they did not. From the moment the young sales associate found out I was a sure sale he had no time to hear what I wanted to purchase. Instead he shoved obviously dated phones in my face claming them to be the latest and greatest. Thank goodness I'm an educated consumer because I clearly could have been taken advantage of. Once he finally realized I had done my homework and I was going to buy the phone I wanted to buy he then jacked the price up $100 more then it is advertised on the VerizonWireless website. At that point I politely said I needed to think about it and went up the road to the White Marsh store and got exactly what I wanted at the correct price advertised. My final word of advice is... Buyers Beware! They do not have pirce tags on any of their devices on the show room floor and will try to take advantage of your wallets. read more

I am one VERY satisfied customer! Went in to buy a phone today and didn't quite know what to expect since I had never dealt with an "Authorized Dealer" before. They honored the same deal that was online, and I was very impressed with the extra mile the sales staff went to get me what I wanted. I wanted the GOLD IPhone 6 plus, They didn't have it in gold,but within half an hour they had someone drop off the phone I wanted from the Golden Ring location. I wanted a specific color flip case to go with it, they did not have it in the color I wanted so they shipped that in from another store and i pick it up tommorrow. I had dealt with the corporate store over on the Avenue in the past, but the staff in that place didn't know what they were doing, were very slow and obnoxiously rude. So I tried this place. Huge difference. Very friendly, got me what I wanted,and I thank god I don't have to deal with the Verizon store over on the Avenue ever again. read more
