Simply wanted help transferring files from my old phone to my new phone. Was going to charge me $30 to do so. Then when I demonstrated that my screen had issues but all we had to do was plug in a mouse to make it work. The lady basically said "we can't help you". There was absolutely no effort. Just wanted to get me out the door. The Best Buy staff that I bought the phone from was much more helpful. My parents and friends have all said this place is awful, and now I agree. read more

Worst Verizon experience over my 28 years being with Verizon. My husband's new IPhone wasn't activated correctly, and when we brought the phone back 3 times in one day to have them troubleshoot the problem we were told to call Apple. I called Verizon support, and 2 hours later found out that the store employee skipped the update process which wreaked havoc with the activation. The support technician was able to fix the problem. My suggestion would be to take your chances and switch to T-Mobile. read more

This was the worst customer service experience ever. I would never ever recommend anyone to this store. Lazy employees who chose not to read through notes, nor do they work with their own corporation supervisors. The manager here is insulting and his ego is above and beyond. When employees lie to you it's the lowest form of business. I came to this store to look into better rates and possibly adding my wife to my plan. I had a damaged screen protector I purchased at a huge VW store in Naperville that I had removed. The store associate said, to bad you threw it away, we would replace it free". Really?! Ok I'll bring my wife's in, which is also damaged AND I purchased at VW. So I show up with my wife the phone I was going to add to my service. Well now they don't swap out purchased protectors. So they lied. Well I'll be dropping this service in the coming months. 12 + years of service blown by liars. read more

Terrible! What a bunch of con artists! I was mislead that my phone service would not only be better but cheaper than my then current provider! I fell for it, signed up, and got a "free" I pad, too! Which turned out to have a two year contract with it that was not mentioned! Later I got my bill and it was high, then I was told it would go down in the future, never did. 6 mos later a phone didn't work and got the run around from Verizon and the people in that shop didn't want to be bothered with it.
