What an absolute mess! They sent me home with a phone with no line. When I brought it back they said they never even checked the phone out. Then an employee lied about talking to me on four different occasions. Terrible service. Would absolutely recommend going to another store. The manager was terse and had terrible customer service. horrible experience me and my family decided to transfer over to Verizon we got all new phones and were told to come in to get out phone numbers transferred we went in the guy attending us was busy making shapes with his sticky notes and told us to fined so information then he could transfer the numbers we know absolutely nothing about what he asked us to fined and he proceeded, to just walked away to help another customer we had to Google we're to fined the information he asked for in order for us to get the information we got the information and I believe was the maneger came to help us out he got 1 out of 4 phones done and sent us on our way we got home and turned on the phones like he suggested we should only to fined out one phone number had transferred now I am stuck having to call support after support all because the own maneger couldn't do his own job horrible experience at this location I had to call a different location in order to Evan get help because the support number had me on hold for 40min don't go to this Verizon location read more

Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy condescending, unattentive, and bitchy employees. Could never understand why people work a job they don't enjoy and take it out on other people, although working at Verizon probably requires the lowest effort and minimum skills. This location has personally made me switch to AT&T. Highly don't recommend coming here and also do your research on specifically what you want, don't take their promo offers that sound too good to be true. They falsely advertise. Requested to hear from their GM but doubt I will with their snobby ass attitudes and egos. If you're an employee reading this, contribute to society in a realistic way or at least be better as you work in customer service. The manager offered to help me before getting put on a wait list (as they were very busy), but when I explained my question regarding an employee discount, her response said I was not eligible. However, I already had a confirmation number and later called Verizon Customer Service, who confirmed my discount was eligible. The store personnel was not willing to help resolve my issue, lied about discount eligibility, wasted my time, and ultimately did not solve my problem. read more

I switched my service from a different provider in late April 2022 and was informed of the rebate of $500 for each line if we brought our own devices and $200 if we purchased new devices. We chose to bring devices on two lines and purchase new devices for three which should have been a rebate of $1600. The representative I spoke with did not mention I needed to do anything in order to receive these rebates, that I should receive them within 45 days. I did a chat with a representative in early August because I had not received my rebates and it wasn't until then that I was told I needed to go to a specific site and enter the rebate codes (the site and codes were not provided to me in this store so I didn't know I needed them). She assured me she was going to have the codes reactivated and I would be able to use them on August 6th. I tried on the 6th, 7th, and 8th, and they did not work so called and spoke to another rep who informed me they were going to submit a form so I could get the rebates and I should have my e-gift cards within 24-48 hours. I waited another 2 weeks and called back on August 22nd spoke to at least 6 more reps and finally was assured that I would get my rebates within 7-10 days which leads me to today 09/07 when I called again and was advised that I couldn't get the rebates because the case was closed and the rep offered me only $350. I am incredibly frustrated with this entire process and this all could have been avoided if the rep in the store had given me the info I needed before leaving on how to get the rebate because they dropped the ball I am out $1600! The young lady that assisted me today was rude and condescending. I inquired about an upgrade and she began rattling off differences in models. When I asked for clarification on what it means that the phone has 3 cameras instead of 2, she rolled her eyes and stated, "it just means it's a better camera." I walked into this store this AM to upgrade a line. I stood there for awhile waiting for the four employees at the front desk to simply acknowledge I was there. I decided to walk out because of how rude they were, walked across the street to AT&T and was greeted immediately. So- I decided to cancel my service altogether with Verizon and switched to AT&T. My husband and I visited the store December 2022 and was looking at plans for our business. Stephon helped and stated they had a promo going on for new lines and $1000 credit trade in for certain IPhones. Our IPhone 12s applied so if we traded them in we would be able to get the IPhone 14 at no additional cost. I opted to get the IPhone 14 Pro Max so I had to pay additional for mine. We received our new phones in the mail and went to drop off our old phones at the store as we were told. Alba who was in charge of business accounts was busy with another customer so we were told they would take our old phones and when she was available she'll go into our account to apply the credit. I didn't feel comfortable with it but the store manager Matthew reassured me it'll be fine and gave me his phone number and told me to take pictures of the stickers on the phones so he had something to reference too. He stated he'd be on vacation for a week but if things didn't go through to call him and he'll personally handle it. After many visits to the store and calls to Alba, Matthew, and Verizon Customer Service our issue still hasn't been resolved. We keep getting the round about that the credit has been applied to both lines and will be reflected in next months bill. It's now August 2023 and the issue still hasn't been resolved. An $800 trade in credit was applied to one line but it wasn't for the $1000 we were told. This by far has been the worst experience. Wished I would have seen the other reviews prior to my visit because it seems I'm not the only one experiencing similar issue. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. read more

Went in for an upgrade on my phone. There are two customers in the store waiting already. None of the employees even acknowledge me as I walk in. I figure they are keeping track of the order people are coming into the store. I'm in the store for about 10 minutes when another customer walks In. One of the employees jumps up and greets them at the door, answers their questions and they leave. A few minutes later another customer comes in, same employee jumps up and greets them at the door and checks them in. Now I am irritated and I ask the employee why she hasn't checked me in, and she said she thought she already did. She now takes My info and says that I will be helped before the last customer that checked In. Well that was not true, as the customer gets helped by the next available employee. I am very disappointed with the service I received and am considering switching carriers as my last couple experiences at this Verizon store have not been so great! read more

I really wish I could remember the gentleman who helped us, because it was one of the best customer service experiences we've had. We were in the store April 15, 2016 around 4:00 pm. My husband needed to switch his work phone (AT&T) to my plan. Our associate kindly informed him he'd need a new phone, and then showed us options. He then walked us through the plans, and helped me get my company's discount. Even adding more gigs and a second phone line, he was able to save me about $30/month. He was patient and funny and walked us through the whole process of setting up my husband's new phone. Bravo! This is why I've been with Verizon for 15+ years! read more

Hated this store for years. I used to drive seven miles to another Verizon store just to avoid this one (unfortunately the other store is now gone). The latest with this store...walked in about two in the afternoon on a weekday. Three customers in the store, same number of Verizon employees. Verizon employee comes up to me with that damn scheduling tablet in hand. When I see that I want to hold up a crucifix to ward him off. Asked if he can help me and takes my name. He say's it will be about 30 minutes. I said, "30 minutes! There's only three people in the store!" He said, "Yes, be we have appointments". Appointments! So if you walk in and they won't help you because they have "appointments"! I told him that was bullxxxx and walked out! Wife went in for a cord...a cord! Same crap..wants to put you in the scheduling computer. All I want is a cord...takes 5 minutes at most! She just walked past the guy (he follows you with his little tablet). Life is too short! Hate this store. By the way, don't bother calling the number for the store listed on the web...720-685-0931..it's the national Verizon number which starts out with an ad (good luck finding a live body there too). The Brighton store hides their number as far as I can tell. Avoid this store! Had my phone stolen this past week in Seattle. Found the nearest Verizon Wireless store. Walked in. Helped immediately. No scheduling tablet. (they laughed at that). Friendly. Got another phone. Wonderful experience. Brighton can take a lesson. read more

I went to this store this morning before it opened at 10 am and was the first in line. When the store opened, this female sales rep (I never got her name and she never introduced herself) Hint: already a bad sign, asked what I needed. I came in to purchase the new Samsung Galaxy S9. I started asking simple questions and right of the bat she's looking at other customers in a rather rude fashion; its like she didn't want to make a sale as I explicitly told her I was going to purchase the phone. She keeps looking away at the front door and not paying attention to what I was saying. Then she says, "Ill be right back" and walks away. She was gone over 10 minutes, and by then I had enough and walked out the store. People, listen to this comment, "ALL VERIZON STORES ARE NOT THE SAME". This store is the absolute worse. I gave a Tristan a great review a few weeks ago, only to find out he BS'd me. So I'm changing my great review of him from 5 stars to 1 star in this post. On 2 other visits 4-5 years ago, I had bad experiences back then too. This store is only 4 miles away from my home but I'll never visit this store again. I drove 12-15 miles further west of town and made my purchase at a different Verizon store. The visit to that store was fantastic, the sales rep was excellent and their service soooo much better. To reiterate: NOT ALL VERIZON STORES ARE CREATED EQUAL. Oh I forgot, the sales rep also told me, they do not activate and transfer info from your old phone to the new phone; she said Corporate Verizon does not offer this service anymore and you have to do it yourself at home. I was treated horribly when I was a customer, went to the Attorney General and Verizon had to write me a check - I was treated even worse when a friend of mine passed away and they wanted their phone and services for a man who had been dead for months and YES I did call them to turn off his service. I was going through horrible stress and Verizon was sooooo ugly! This one takes the cake! I live on an extremely dangerous corner and allowed their workers to park on MY property for safety...only to find: over a dozen empty water bottles discarded as trash. I called Friday, their fiber optics team were to be here to pick them up. I called on Tuesday and filed a complaint, today I find that it was not filed, but I was told the fiber optics team would be here to pick up their trash...today, is Thursday - NO ONE HAS BEEN HERE TO PICK UP THEIR TRASH! Absolutely the worst customer service and most incompetent manager on staff that I have encountered in a long, long time. Not only did the manager tell me I needed to turn in the phone I had in my hand (which has been paid for for many years) he also told me that because Verizon was charging me for a phone that I bought, but, he had verified was locked in their back room, that somehow I must magically have said phone in my possession (you know, because I was paying for it)? I was treated like I was some kind of thief trying to steal in his words "an $800 phone, we can't just give that to you"...when it was my phone??? That was the last straw, I left the store very angry. It was mind numbingly unbelievable and actually embarrassing for everyone in the store who witnessed it. NEVER EVER GO HERE, call Verizon customer service, or go to another location. Customer service worked it out in less that 3 minutes, verifying that in fact the store did have the phone, and I was accidentally charged for the first payment, even though I had not picked up the phone.
