I would definitely stay away from this store.They technically are not directly affiliated with Verizo. So when they sell you something you didn't ask for you can't even call Verizon customer service. They also don't have a store manager to override so now I'm stuck with two phones even know I only wanted one and have to drive to west ridge for them to reverse it. read more

Needed help with a phone issue regarding my son who is in a nursing home in another state. Didn't think I would get anywhere because of issues in the past however Scott C came to the rescue spent a while figuring out what could be done. He went well above and beyond to help I really appreciate all his help. He was definitely a hidden gem in that Brockport store. Salesman was not very customer servicy. I felt like we were bothering him. I did however buy a thousand dollar phone, only because a coworker had the same Galazy z flip by samsung. However, he let me leave the store without buying a phone charger, so I had to go back same day and purchase. read more

If I could give this a negative 5 stars, I would. What a joke. None of these employees understand the value of making customers feel welcome, wanted, nor smart. I have a doctorate & help people every day with what I hope is great customer service- these people managed to treat me like scum & as if I didn't understand anything.
