Here is the issue, I went in for a few things today and it was before noon. I needed to use the restroom and here is where the disgust came in. The ladies room was filthy, most stalls were unusable for one reason or another. Come on, you can do better, I would not of expected that, at least not that early in the day.

Two men came to check my washer which was agitating but not spinning. They just looked around the…read morewasher for 20 min and the rest 10 minutes were just standing there with an Ipad. They told me it would be $500 dlls to fix it and it would likely be better for me to buy a new one. They Charged $60 !!! just for trip to my house and stand there for 20-30 min. Their argument was it would take 2 men to take it apart, repair plus labor and parts. Obviously I said NO and decided to search the Internet where we found some simple videos of potential problems. We bought the part (clutch) for $40 Dlls (although we saw some for as cheap as $15 dlls) . It only took my boyfriend to move the washer and lay it down on the floor. It took him literally 15-20 min to take it apart and remove Clutch and put new one back together. The washer started spinning but only slow. Another google search said it could be a garment trapped between the spinning basket and water tank. Another 10 min of taking things apart and voila there it was. Removed the garment and there it was my washer spinning full speed now. Spent total $100 thanks to these people otherwise it would have been only $40 dlls. We had been very hesitant on calling them but we said to give it a try thinking it could be an easy fix (which it was ) BUT of course they made it look it wasn't. Bottom line. I do not recommend using this company. If you are not a DIY person please do more research on who to hire first. Obviously we didn't but we don't want anybody else going thru what we went thru with this company.

Customer beware. Read the rental contract before taking the instrument home; this applies to…read morerental for school bands. Rented an instrument and paid for the 1st and the last month's rent. Returned the instrument when school ended, but had already paid for the full month. Took about 2 weeks to have the store owner (Joe-he kept dodging my calls, had to file a BBB complaint for him to talk to me over the telephone since he is NEVER in his store-according to the rude clerk who runs the store) explain to me that they do not give refunds, that the last month which I had already paid, I could have kept the instrument without paying-thus this would have been the "last month" of the contract. Somewhat confusing? you are right; thus, read the contract carefully before taking the instrument home. If you pay for the first and last month of rent, then the first month will be the month you take the instrument (for example October) the last month will be the month you return the instrument (for example June); you will pay the initial first and last month rent when you take the instrument, and pay November - May. You return the instrument at the end of June, but you will not pay June. If the rude clerk would have explained it to me this way; I would have saved one month's rent.
