    Orbit Broadband is the provider for a trailer park that I have recently stayed at. I attempted to…read moreuse their services by paying the monthly fee for wi-fi coverage and creating an account. The coverage was insufficient and the speed was excruciatingly slow. I contacted the company via phone to request a refund, which I was told would be possible once a technician visited the park to verify a malfunction. I waited for a week and a half for this visit, which never occurred. I called back and they told me there was no case file. Every person I spoke to had a different understanding of how the refund process worked. Some told me I would be able to get a refund, and some did not. I would mention the conditions that the representatives who told me I could get a refund had explained to those who told me I could not. They backpedaled and agreed with previous representatives. I don't believe the company has a comprehensive policy when it comes to customer service. I would call, introduce myself and my situation, and be put on hold. Once after holding for 20 minutes I heard the representative pick up the phone and hang it back up to disconnect me. I would call back and be put right back at the beginning of the process all over again. After spending a total of two and a half hours on the phone over the course of two weeks (allowing ample time for the company time to solve the problem or at least acknowledge my grievance) I was finally told that there would be no refund available regardless of fault by the company or myself. I felt that most of the time I was being given the run-around in a way which I have never experienced before. $30 is not a lot of money, it is a matter of principle. A company should provide a customer with a service, and if they cannot, they should reimburse the customer. I am very disappointed in my treatment by Orbit Broadband.

    For some time now I have been experiencing issues with my Verizon iPhone…read more I started noticing problems and I was awaiting code for two step verification that would take sometimes 20 minutes to 1/2 an hour to receive or not come at all which resulted in me not being able to access certain accounts For months at least six months the problem to the website of the institution that was going to send the two step verification Roughly 3 or 4 months ago or more I started getting complaints that my phone was going right to voicemail and these were people they would intentionally try to avoid calling me to fulfill responsibilities that they had committed to select just assumed they were making yet another excuse The problem started becoming painfully especially when my wife told me she was trying to call me and there were times that we would be sitting on the same sofa together and she would call and my phone would go directly to voicemail yet I had absolutely no problem in calling her for the past two or three weeks I have spent hours on tech support with Verizon and I was told that the problem was my phone so they issued me replacement iPhone charged me about $55 for the phone and the problem persisted What was particularly frustrating it took me almost 45 minutes and I have yet to verify that they will credit me for that replacement phone which the tech had promised would not be charged Of the several text that I sent over 45 minutes troubleshooting of answering the same 20 questions and having the same results the check assured me that the problem would be resolved in one week just to get me off the phone I just spent over 40 minutes on the phone with billing and while they sit all kinds of dice and wonderful things still haven't committed to what exactly they were going to do to make adjustments For over 20 years and have spent 10s of thousands of dollars on phone I watches tablets
