Verizon - Electronics Near Me - Butte, Montana

We live in Las Vegas but my husband got a phone, a case and a screen protector at the Verizon store on Harrison Ave. in Butte during a trip to Montana. He just had to replace his phone and now needs a new screen protector. Of course he had no idea what brand/type it was and did not have the receipt. After a futile & exhaustive search online, I called the Verizon store in Butte and spoke to Taya. She knew exactly what screen protector I was describing but said she'd check her records and would pull it up under his phone #. She then checked her computer and as it turned out, she was actually the one who assisted him the day he was in the store. She emailed me his receipt and walked me through the instructions on how to order a new replacement screen protector for him online. What a lifesaver! Wish I would have called the store first instead of trying to search online for it. Taya, you really made my day! Thanks for the great customer service! (When I opened the email, it even says at the bottom "we happily go the extra mile"! - and they sure do. Thanks again Taya!) read more

Was sold an 'upgrade' which resulted in me getting a worse data service than I had before,,,was not told unlimited data means download speed drops to unusable. Came back within 3 days...could not go back to old plan, restocking fees of 50 dollars, etc etc, and the smarmy attendant had a blast telling me no. Also...beware of protection plans. They don't cover batteries. You can't walk out of the store with a replacement device. There are two other Verizon stores nearby. Maybe they are just as sleazy...hopefully not. Ripping you off with the fine print seems to be the business model of this store. read more

Very disappointing experience. I bought a phone from them on Black Friday, I was told I would see the discounts on my bill 2 to 3 months later. After a few months I hadn't seen the discounts applied. I call the Verizon wireless billing department and after checking in they said I was not on an eligible plan. This would have been nice to know when I was at the store buying the phone. Instead while I was buying the phone the rep telling me about the discounts I will be receiving for getting the phone that day. Verizon says there is nothing more they can do. Just be careful on promos for the reps while nice may be leading you incorrectly. Had I wrote this right after getting the phone it would have been 5 star, very good experience, but because of my rep I am now out $300 in savings. If I would have known more, I would have looked at a different phone and saved a little money. read more

We are here visiting from Arizona. Had Sprint but no service in Montana!! Imagine that! We hadn't been happy with Sprint service for some time so decided to check out what Verizon had to offer. We were more than pleasantly surprised. Awesome Sierra Saunders set us up with a great program, hotspots and new upgraded phones. I wouldn't give it one star, but I have to in order to share my experience. I went in to the store to see if they had screen protectors for s5, yes they did for 35.00.- 30.00 for the product and five dollar charger to put it on the phone. The sales guy proceeded to tell me he has installed hundred's of these and there should be no problem . First off I want to say WASH YOUR HANDS, secondly the first time he put it on it was too high and not lined up sooo he had to take it off and redo, so then there was huge bubbles in the side he then says it will lay down just lay it face down with a book on top of it, WHAT?!? I say no that is not acceptable redo it. He then tells me the more times he takes it off and puts it back the worse it will get......So after 45 mins and him trying over and over again to get it on, it looks like a 3 year old put it on after they ate a peanut-butter sandwich.REALLY GUY Ok So I then said fine I Dont what that and I want a refund. He says sorry there is no refunds on this product. I call bullshit and walk out, I got home and got even more mad. I called the store to speake with a manager... She says "um there are no refunds, and I'm pretty sure he told you he could not guarantee to get it on there right".... Ok so now I am so mad i can barley speak, I tell her that i am disputing the charges and she says ok. They dont care how rude they are to customers she was also rude to some one else when I was in there. I am also writing to corporate also. They need to employees. I will drive to Helena or Bozeman to go to Verizon in CostCo By the way I did call verizonwireless and received a 10 in customer service. Verizon took care of their customer.
