Ron M. assisted me today, and he was the best AT&T employee I've ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable and helped me quickly review and select my options, and now I feel confident I've made the best decisions on my upgrades with his help. He did a great job explaining all the equipment and plan differences and could answer all my questions well. After coming in and explaining the problem that I was experiencing, Bobby NeSmith, the store manager, spoke with me on what they can do to diagnose and solve the problem. Most of their solutions involved leaving my computer and pen with them overnight while they diagnosed and worked on fixing any issues, however because I use my computer on a daily basis for school, I could not be without it for too long. Thankfully after explaining this to Bobby, he did everything he could to diagnose and fix the problem as fast as he could. It took about 2 hours and upon returning, Bobby explained the problem they found, fixed the issue, and verified that the problem was fixed with me before I left the store. I am very glad I went to Staymobile as they not only saved me money and time, but they also had great customer service and made sure I was happy with my experience every step of the way.

As far as pricing they charge pretty great rates for iPhone screens. For my iPhone 6s+ it was about $170. The customer service was great! Alyssa was so nice and answered all of my questions and concerns, and she was very courteous and approached me immediately. I sat in the waiting area while she was fixing my device and had a complimentary cup of coffee and browsed some of the accessories. The only recommendation I would make is to have a better variety of phone cases for the iPhone 6+. Even the pricing was good on those as well! Overall I'm a highly satisfied customer and I will refer all my family and friends, and I will only have iTech fixing my devices from now on.

The long story short is I had to buy an eSIM card. When it was all said and done, it made some changes to my phone, phone that needed to get rectified. I took the phone into and he was very helpful. He worked on it for about 10 minutes and brought it back to almost normal. My son-in-law tweaked with bread done and now it seems to be back to normal!
