Kimico patiently listened to all my rants and immediately had one of his techs come out and assess my situation. Over the next few weeks they have set up my network correctly and he also directed me towards a new internet and phone provider which has been a godsend. They're a great bunch of guys to work with- very professional but also very personable. I would highly recommend them for any IT needs you may have. If they can deal with all my issues they should be able to fix anything!

I didn't print it before I got to the store because it said bring to store to be scanned. Long story short they charged me $2.91 to PRINT my return shipping label. It only cost 7.99 to ship the item but I had to pay an extra $2.91 to print the label!?!?! The guy was polite but no way they should charge for this! I plan on calling the store manager

Dropped off Amazon returns, the place was swamped and I was told to use the kiosk. First time with…read morethe kiosk, thought everything went well except it only registered 1 of my 6 returns. I didn't realize this until I received the multiple emails hours later with the labels to scan. This was not a problem, I called the store the next morning and was told that they had my package in their hands and would pull it and put a note on it. Great! Until I arrived later in the day and no one knew what I was talking about and the package had been processed and sent.... No help at this point, I was told to talk to Amazon, who then said I had to take it up with UPS...
