I have used Genius Repair for over seven devices so far, and fully intend on using him many times in the future. I've had him replace screens on several iPhones, batteries on several iPhones, and just today fixed an Apple Watch face that had come detached. It was at this point I also learned that he does a lot of other repair work such as soldering and micro electronic repairs I have absolutely no problem recommending him to friends and family and coworkers which I have, and they have also all been very happy with the results. If you look at any of my other yelp reviews, you'll know that I'm very honest with my reviews and try to show the good and the bad to let people make up their own minds. However, I can't find anything bad to say whatsoever. Every time I've been there the service has been very quick. In most cases I stay there while he completes the project. No need to think about where else to take your MacBooks, iPhones, Apple watches, android phones, computers, TVs, small electronics, or anything similar. You found the right spot.

I was not only impressed with how fast the service was but the honesty is worth much more so I paid him double just for that. I believe it's the best way to run a business and will HIGHLY recommend Genius Repair Solutions. I found out he also repairs laptops so plan to bring in mine and will review on that later.

They had to order the tempered glass so it took a few days. I picked up the repaired iPad already in case, with the technician affirming the tempered glass was installed. Yesterday my son dropped his iPad during therapy and the screen cracked. The therapist and I removed the case to determine whether it was just the tempered glass that broke - only to discover there was NO tempered glass ever installed. I took the iPad back to CPR Cell Phone Repair today and was told by a technician that it is impossible to charge someone for a screen protector they didn't receive and was accused of removing it. The owner Steve Doyle eventually slithered out from hiding in the back and announced he would gift me "free" tempered glass (already paid for one) but I'd have to pay out of pocket for the repair - a repair that would likely have been unnecessary had I received what I initially paid for last month. I asked for either a refund or the repair/protector I paid for and was told I could either "accept the glass offered or walk". So I'm out $190, a screen protector never received, and a busted iPad. And accused of stealing/lying.

There was a bit of an issue, and I had an accident with it again and some of the adhesive came loose and my phone screen came detached (again, my fault with how rough I treat my phone). The incredibly kind people that were working got my screen working again and had it fixed in just a couple minutes without charging me a dime. I really wish I remembered their names, but it was a lady with cool colored hair and a gentleman with short dark hair and they both have cool tattoos. Anyways, They were incredibly kind, transparent, and went out of their way to help me. They even cleaned out my charging port free of charge and got me set up with a new battery! Ron M. assisted me today, and he was the best AT&T employee I've ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable and helped me quickly review and select my options, and now I feel confident I've made the best decisions on my upgrades with his help. He did a great job explaining all the equipment and plan differences and could answer all my questions well. Surprisingly, we all of a sudden do not have access to service today which is June 21st. We will now have to wait two days for a technician to come out to restore the service and the company states that they do not give refunds despite the fact that they are the ones who are not upholding their end of the deal. Very poor company with very poor service. I would encourage people to choose an alternative provider if they live in the Columbia or West Columbia area.

Well, FedEx didn't give me the option to call them, and sure enough, they left my brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max sitting right on my doorstep while I was at work. Thank God a porch pirate didn't snatch it up when they had the perfect opportunity to do so. I appreciate Spectrum for their WiFi and cellular service, but I would highly recommend that you not purchase a new phone here.
