We went to upgrade my daughters phone and get an ipad and watch for free. While I was talking to my husband the sales associate turned off my daughters phone. They said since we already took adavantage of the free apple watch and iPad during a previous encounter we could not do it now. My husband said just forget it and we won't upgrade. The Verizon employee and the manager said it was too late. They said we could not get her phone number back and there was nothing we could do. We were forced to upgrade her phone at this point and get a new number for her. I switched over from AT&T due to cost which clearly was a mistake. Customer service at AT&T was much better. I will be switching back based on this experience as soon as I can. read more

Always jacking up prices little by little. You have to call and talk to scripted customer service in India to try to get it lowered again. Connectivity is as good as anyone else. read more

I didn't catch the name of the associate who actually fixed my phone today but I just want to say a huge thank you! I showed up right when you guys opened hoping to have my issue resolved quickly. It ended up taking 2.5 hours but the dedication from my associate was unmatched. He was determined to fix my phone because it wouldn't allow my Apple ID to login to iMessage or FaceTime. After talking with tech support for both Verizon and Apple, nobody could figure it out. My associate tried everything he possibly could and finally fixed the issue. I hope you somehow end up seeing this and know how grateful I am for your help! Not many people would've invested 2-3 hours of their workday on one issue. Well... we got right in with Tara and so glad we did! Tara greeted us timely & professionally. After assessing our needs she informed us of the BOGO on the Iphone 11. We came in for one Christmas phone for my daughter and I'm thrilled to say I was able to upgrade my Iphone 6s for the price of one. Merry Christmas to me!!! While we waited for our phone data to transfer to our new phones I got a great idea. I needed a Christmas gift for my favorite guy. With all Tara's knowledge, kindness and patience she set me up with my spontaneous idea, a 2019 Ipad. Thank you for taking extra time and making us feel like valued Verizon customers. This place is unbelievable. There are 3 people in here waiting. They have been waiting for over an hour for assistance. I have been waiting my self for a half hour. We can see the staff mingling in the back room. What is up with this location? the DMV is way more efficient than this place. read more

I was outright lied to and misled by the staff at this store. It started with the manager and my sales associate Paige was the worst. I am so insulted and agitated over this, I am thinking of switching to another carrier.
