Honestly the most untrustworthy store I've ever been in. Lied about why the phone wasn't working, scammed into getting a "free" phone. I have been trying to clear up the billing since. WARNING WILL TRY AND SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY Ive never made a review ever in my life but these people are so malicious I have to warn people I wanted a simple upgrade using their 650 promo trade in offer, paid for the upgrade and come to find out they charged me for the wrong line and the wrong phone and tell me that the I CANNOT get a refund and plus they wouldn't accept my iPhone 14 as a trade in despite being listed in the promo and would have to pay the full 1000 dollars plus another upgrade fee of 350 again for a total of 1700 before taxes. Utter insanity and blatant fraud. On top of that they ARENT authorized by Verizon to manage Verizon Business accounts and did not disclose that to me. They also by passed the security of Verizon by not requiring the authorized account holder verify any of these changes and did exactly what I wanted without prior authorization from the account holder. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. Thank god Verizon on Dell Range literally took 10 minutes to fix their scam and told me never to go there again, suggest you all do the same. read more

After months and i mean months of getting messed around by these guys, i finally got my account in order, due to errors on their side. But my final outcome wasn't satisfactory. The monthly bill was promised to be one price and its over that. By quite a bit. They will tell you what you want to hear, and use some slick jargon. My favorite one was the (Organic) jargon. I had to sign up for autopay just to get my price a bit more affordable. I won't say who helped me, because they are just tools for Verizon. I didn't even know until way after that it wasn't a Verizon store. Its Cellular plus. Not that it matters but why not put that on building? I just wish people were here for the customer. Most bizarre business practices. I simply tried to buy a screen protector (cash) but they would not sell it to me because I did not have a profile in their computer system. I literally tried to give them money for a product they had on their shelf. This ridiculous decision was embraced not only by the manager, but his supervisor as well, who was in the store. I buy my phones outright with cash as well. I suspect they not only lost the business on the screen protector but on my next phone as well. All of this was after the repeated attempts at an up-sell on the type of protector. I try to buy locally when I can. I am a local business owner as is my spouse. In this case, I must get it online, which is more convenient anyway. Local business need to work a little harder in the current economy when it is so easy to get items from the comfort of home. Typical Cheyenne service. So disappointing. I was really hoping that I would encounter good customer service being that they were in a new building but was let down. I had to wait for 45 minutes to be seen, which isn't exceptionally long for a Verizon store but while I waited, three associates (half the staff in the store) did "inventory" on a phone screens. I was told "we will be with you when we can" while the MANAGER and two associates played on their phones and inventoried each peg and avoided eye contact while I stood and waited. Wow. read more

I went in tonight and was assisted by Andrew (assistant manager) I have to say that I received the best customer service I have had from any Verizon rep in a very long time! Andrew was understanding and patient with me during my indecisiveness and setting up two new lines. I am very impressed, and I will continue to go here because of my experience tonight! read more

They don't even deserve one star. Fast talking- and very deceitful in their sales. Be careful- you will come out of the store with unnecessary and expensive items you didn't want and didn't even know you were getting. Biggest mistake we ever made doing business here. Avoid at all costs. I had trouble activating my phone on my own, so I went in for assistance. The manager set my phone up, charged me $15 and sent me on my way. However, when I got 10 miles from the store I checked my phone and realized he had set me up on the wrong account. When I went back to rectify the problem, they would not give me my money back, nor did they help me in anyway. When I told him I lost my contacts, his solution was for me to look at my old phone and set it all back up on my own. I seriously lost all of my apps, pictures, and contacts on a phone I use for my business. I feel like he robbed me. read more

These guys are horrible. Don't go there even if it's the only place in the world that has the phone you want. They will flat out lie to you to get you to add services to your account. They tried to tell me that I couldn't upgrade my phone if I didn't add insurance to it. They must think I'm not aware that they make a commission on that. Bear and avoid them like the plague. read more

Verizon is not known for its customer service, but this store is so bad, it is hardly believable. Went in because my phone was broken, and I wanted it fixed. There was one other customer in the store (surprised there was even one with kind of service that is offered here). The customer rep looked briefly at the phone, said they could help me (maybe she is a frustrated comedian), asked for my name and phone number, looked it up, and then wanted to know if I was authorized to make changes to the account. I told her, no, that I was just one of the plan members, She then asked for the name of the person who is authorized. I told her, and only had to repeat the name three times, then spell it twice, which was the most efficient the customer service ever got. She said to make changes to the account, I had to have some numbers (which I knew I would, but did not have as they had been recently changed, and I didn't think having a phone fixed and paying for it immediately would constitute "changing" the account). She asked me to call the person in charge of the account. I explained I could't do this for two reasons: 1) my phone was broken 2) I had the phone number in my contact list, but not memorized, and I had no access to the contact list because my phone was broken. I suggested she could call the person, as she should have the phone number on the account information that she pulled up. She said she did not have the phone number. I asked if the store had a phonebook (you know, either a hard copy or one that could be accessed through the internet). She asked a colleague, who told her they did not. She said I would have to come back with the info (LOL fat chance). All the while she treated me as if I were very stupid. Went to another store on Del Range and had my problem easily solved. However, I believe the Del Range employees must be required to not only know what they are doing, but also to help customers. read more

I bought my son a case one week ago for his iPhone. First, the manager argued with me about a pin number he said we set on our account. He finally agreed to update the pin with my ID which was fine. It shouldn't have been an argument in the first place. Then he told me someone else was registered with my phone number. I've had this number since 2003. This should not have been an argument either. I normally get a 25% discount on accessories through my employer but since Cellular Plus is not a "Verizon" store they do not honor that. I bought the case anyway because I couldn't find it locally anywhere else. My problem is that my coworker just left the store today with the same case and received the discount. I called to ask why I didn't and they honored it with her, the guy was rude and just said that was the way it is. I am going to order the case online and take this one back. I hope it doesn't end up in another argument. read more
