The monthly bill was promised to be one price and its over that. By quite a bit. They will tell you what you want to hear, and use some slick jargon. My favorite one was the (Organic) jargon. I had to sign up for autopay just to get my price a bit more affordable. I won't say who helped me, because they are just tools for Verizon. I didn't even know until way after that it wasn't a Verizon store. Its Cellular plus. Not that it matters but why not put that on building? I just wish people were here for the customer.
