this is general review of the company. everything about att is bad, they rely on ai to answer chats, phone calls are robo systems using ai tech all of which route and does things you don't even ask for. even so the customer reps are terrible over the phone and 9.99 times out of ten these customer service in the technical department don't have a clue to whats going on as that is the way they train them to read out of book and give answer that don't work or have nothing to do with the problems. then theirs the customer service abroad who are clueless as well to which most time you can't even understand. our business and personal services are in the usa and so is our account, so why do we have to talk to someone overseas who doesn't understand english and if they do we can't understand them. sending out a tech to your home or business in most cases if its residentual you get the six month in tech who relys solely on the tools because he doesn't have the real training or experience to trouble shoot real problems. in my case my landline has been out for almost a year and you can't get anyone to fix it unless you wait for hours on the phone only to be hung up on then forced to call and start over. you ask why in my landline out its because the last time i called for internet issues they had at their crossbox, the tech cut the wire on purpose since they didn't like me telling them the trouble was on thier side. i'm in the process of dropping att landline for another company simply because they don't want to support landlines anymore yet their voip lines are just as worse in all ways because its attached to your internet lines. read more

Not only was Romy super informative when she pulled up my plan she realized that whoever previously setup my plan didn't bundle it all correctly and she was able to bundle my lines, upgrade my phone to the latest iPhone and save me over $100 on my phone bill. These people are only good for one thing, sell you something following up with an automated text to rate their business. Knowledge is about the same as nasa has on Pluto. Got a new Galaxy s7 edge and well I went to exchange as I wasn't happy with it, I replaced it with regular s7. The phone was defective and as per their store policy you could and they will only replace 1 time. So even if you're phone is dead or burnt you'll have to go through their service center and get a refurbished one. My complaint here is about the little secretive ways they go about handling their business. I was tossed between three stores and a few phone calls between their managers and att directly. Long story short once more I'm stuck with with a dead phone and my only option is to get a used one. Managers Michael and Andrew were both the least helpful and professional people I've had to deal with in a long time. I'm also sure this has much to do with their low level of education as it doesn't take much to manage an att store. I think my Barber has more business etiquette than these two. It's easy to do anything and everything within your reach after all it is your job. They don't care about your account your situation or anything, just know this. Also it's easier to buy phones with att directly or through another retailer like best buy as att stores won't handle any of the complaints or problems they will simply send you else were. Very unprofessional store. We came here a month prior to order Uverse for the first time, mind you- this is a corporate store. A rep called Jacob pitched us on a plan that costs $10 more in return for receiving a free Samsung LED at the end of the month. After the wait, it all turned out to be a lie. I wasted a good portion of my morning speaking with customer service, the rewards department, and even retention; they couldn't help and referred me back to the corporate store and surprise, our dishonest friend is on vacation and the extremely Unhelpful manager, Linda had us wait there nearly half an hour, to be connected through the phone and find out that the telephonic customer service isn't even open. I've had some bad experiences already at two different best buys. I've been wanting to upgrade my phone. Not only is the service here fast, but it's very personal and honest. I never got the feeling that they were being pushy at all. In fact, the sales associate swayed me to not get the phone and wait for the better time, based on my current situation. From the second I walked in I was greeted and helped within 15 seconds. Total time there was about 30 minutes of back and forth options that I had, and never did I feel the sales associate was frustrated. All in all the service here was 10 times better than anywhere else I've been, and will definitely be going back for future purchases. read more
