At first, I was hesitant but decided to take the chance. I met the store's owner (Angel) and he troubleshooted my computer which he thoroughly went over the issues with me. One of the several things that impressed me was how Angel does one to one service for all his customers and the appointments are set up to be very user friendly via emails and texts. When I picked up my computer, he tested it in front of me to confirm that the problem was solved, and that the computer was running fine. My overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this store. Angel was very professional, transparent and his experience shows through his work. The prices are great, and the customer service is outstanding. I am a very satisfied customer and will not go anywhere else. By the way it says a lot if Geek Squad suggests this store so my advice to general population, skip Best Buy and just come to PC 911.

Update: I was…read morecontacted by the head technician, Luis, and he told me to bring the computer back in. I was informed that the technician that had previously helped me was no longer with the company and assured me that they would never treat a customer in that manner. The hinge on my laptop was completely fixed (as you can see on the video) and it's working well now. I truly appreciate their customer service and attention to their customers needs. This is exactly how a great business should operate! *************************** I came here because the hinges on my computer were broken and they told me they would have it fixed by the next day for $105.93. I came in the next day and it seemed to be fixed and I was happy. About a month and a half later, the same hinge breaks again. I came back in to the store and was told they only guarantee their work for 30 days. They offered to try a different method of fixing the hinge which would be even more expensive than the original method.
