To sum it up, I came in to pick up a new phone through my warranty and I am not very phone savvy when it comes to the technical aspects. Well before I left, I asked the agent that was helping me if everything was good to go as my iCloud was syncing to my new phone and he ensured me that the iCloud syncing can be done at home. All of that for him to tell me that I can erase my old phone. Well come to find out, nothing on my old phone was transferred and honestly it is very disappointing and a huge inconvenience. Yes I will live on, but I do not recommend coming to this store for absolutely anything, because they more likely than not will become one of your biggest inconveniences for the following days. Now this may just be me venting but seriously, I have to start from scratch and redownload all of my apps and for some of the apps I can't even regain important messages regarding my job. Walking into the store, I got greeted immediately. Both staff were assisting customers, so I had to walk around the store and explore their promotions and devices. I forgot her name, but she was nice, she apologized for my waiting, I was like too easy. I am not surprised this store gets busy all the time, it is located inside the mall. Since it was closing when I came, it wasn't all that bad. I explained to her my concern and what my mission was, that is to get out of the store with the new Samsung Galaxy S9plus in my pocket, I mean more like in a paper bag. She looked into my account and viola, she was like Sure! She asked me what color I wanted, I said Blue. She went in the back to get me the brand new unopened, boxed phone. As easy and fast as that. I left with the new phone, I was thrilled. When I got to my place I noticed that she put in a wrong receipt, oopps. I called the store past 7pm, knowing the store would have been close by that time, but she picked up, and apologized. Those are the qualities of great customer service. The phone repair kiosks in the middle/near the middle of the mall are owned by the same person. Also during the first repair for the back screen they over heated the phone so it had ended up with black spots on the fromt screen. I tried to let them correct the issue again for the back camera but they only fixed the front screen and didn't even try to repair the damages from the replacement of the back screen. When they replaced my front screen (which was not the orignal problem) it didn't even fit my phone, there was a black space at the bottom.

After 7-8 minutes of standing there like NPCs in an abandoned video game, we checked back in. Again, the radio call: "Those two gentlemen still need assistance with those Beats." We foolishly believed this would summon help. 10 minutes pass. Nothing. The store might as well have been a haunted house at this point. Then, a guy from car audio appears like a wandering side quest character: "Y'all need help?" We say yes, thinking our saga is over. "I'll get someone over here in a minute." Spoiler alert: He did not. Another 10 minutes pass. We finally ask for a manager, who--shockingly--solves the mystery of "Who Holds the Sacred Key to the Headphones Case?" And just like that, the lock is opened, and the treasure is ours! It only took 30 minutes and $130 plus tax. Moral of the story? If you want headphones from this Best Buy, pack a snack and a survival kit.

I went to this location to return a iPhone charger that did not work on my iPhone XR. I paid cash and I had a valid receipt as well. When I entered the store, the cashier name Jessica did not greet me, which IS a Family Dollar policy and the other cashier name Daniel passed right by me, looked me in my eyes and did not speak either. Jessica appeared to have an attitude like she really didn't want to be there. Anyway, I approached the register after Jessica waved for me to come forward..I guess this is a policy of Family Dollar too..I thought you were suppose to say "Next in line, please"..I guess not. I told Jessica that I wanted to return the charger and that I have my receipt. She did not bother to look at the receipt to check it or the date or anything on it, which it was today's date, June 12, 2019. She told me that Daniel had to look at it and approve it. Daniel and Jessica both are LIARS!!!! If you have a valid receipt and the item is still in the packaging, then the item can be returned. Both cashiers stood in my face and lied and said that they could not take electronics back. Daniel then proceeded to tell me that I could exchange it. It's obvious that they both must be free obama phones android users.(There is nothing wrong with android..Prior Samsung user). BUT..Seriously, Why would I exchange the charger for the same charger that my XR did not recognized?!?! Jessica and Daniel were both such bad liars, when I asked where is the policy listed because it's not on the receipt? Jessica just stared at me with a nasty attitude and Daniel was fake looking around and then he said I could exchange it. I told them both.."Nevermind but I will get it returned and it will be today..At a location that does not have a fake return policy." I then walked out...My next action will be to call corporate office on this location because I did not appreciate Jessica coming outside not too long after I left out the store..Don't know what that was all about but I can't help to wonder what was her intentions? Or is that a fake policy too? I feel that I was not treated fairly at this location and I would suggest that veterans and civilians should not shop at this location until the employees get corrective training on their customer service skills.
