Have put out the word at 2 major military post in Texas about Verizon and how they lie to our military and other customers. Who ever this Business Manager who sends responses need to be investigated for covering up lies daily. Hopefully the CEO and others in the Administration will take this serious about the lying and cheating customers out of money and refunds. Go to T Mobile or ATT, but stay away from Verizon. Please read each document below before gong to this place. With al the lies and problems, Ryan from Corporate called me, but he completely lied. Said after Verizon receives the tablet back they will refund the taxes on it. They have had it back since November 20, 2023. Still have not refunded the taxes, but with help from NC Attorney General's Office I am confident something will be done. Therefore this afternoon a letter is going to the Board of Directors at Verizon. When you have no integrity at Corporate level and at Verizon in Fayetteville, they deserve all the exposure in the media as possible in this military community and others nationwide. After the waiting weeks after they illegally took money out of my bank account after they were told to Stop Auto Pay, they finally but it back in my account. I had talked with an attorney and preparing for litigation and fraud against them. I also returned the Tablet and told by Corporate as soon as they get it, they will refund my money for the taxes. They did not do that yet, so I am proceeding with litigation against Verizon in Fayetteville and Corporate in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Most crooked company in this military town. It's not often that I take the time out to post a review, however; this is an exception. I wanted to compliment a representative by the name of Crystal for being exceptional in assisting me with my mother's transition from another carrier to VZW. She was PATIENT and courteous throughout the entire process of us selecting a phone and getting my new plan situated. With all that I had on my plate to do that day, she made our time there a joyful one!!! Crystal is a prime example of why I have remained a VZW customer for almost 19 years. The level of professionalism and "cater" VZW offers to its customers is unmatched. I hope her manager can honor her in some capacity for being an incredible representative for VZW. read more

I was greeted with personnel that asked for my number and gave me a waiting time, that was a pleasant surprise. My Verizon app would give me reminders about where I am in the line and when it was my turn, another Verizon personnel called me up. He was very professional and attentive. I didn't like that some of the answers were to call a number but the rest of my questions were answered in a good manner. This Verizon personnel even suggested a good plan for me that will save me a lot more money! I wish I got his name. If you're military, bring in your LES. They do the discount on the spot! And they will help you select a plan, including the tax, add-ons, and military discount for an estimation for you! read more

Went into the store to buy an ipad but no one spoke to me. The only employee that was not with a customer went straight to the back when he saw me walk in. As employees were finishing with customers they would give me nasty looks as if I wasn't a paying customer. Once I got inside Jordan was amazing, she activated my wife's new phone, which is something my technologically disinclined self couldn't figure out, and was extremely helpful and patient. Worst Customer Service I have EVER received was from a manager named Kelley. I was there yesterday because I was given incorrect information about the BOGO deal, he was unwilling to help me in any way and covered for the employee who told me the incorrect thing several times. She (Elise Thomas) stood there with her head down and couldn't even look me in my face because she knows exactly what she told me but chose to lie instead and say she didn't say it. I live 300 miles away and had to go back to this store and still had to call Customer Service to get it taken care of. He has no business being a manager treating customers the way he does. I am a new customer to VZW and this was a terrible representation of the company. He also stated to me that and these were his words "all customer service does is push buttons and they don't know how we work here in the store" That was in reference to me telling him Customer Service the 800 number told me to go back to the store and get them to issue the credit but Kelley did absolutely nothing. Told me it was a cap on the credit I could be given and all he could give me was $10 on the next billing cycle. Lies! Because customer service did it for me without a problem. I asked for his business card and the other managers business card to which he responded, we don't have business cards, yet I got one from Elise and another employee that was in the store. Dominque from Verizon was rude and to start off with. Customer service was not on point. Not giving his undivided attention to us. Instead he's over here joking around with his coworker. Secondly, we have never had a digital gift card sent through email. Instead of explaining to us how to use it, all he said with a rude tone is "just use it," with a mad look on his face. His customer service was subpar and ghetto. How does he still have a job here? While going through my old reviews, came across this. I still stand by this as I remember it very clearly. We switched to Verizon at an authorized retailer and they really really messed up our account. We went to this location and they fixed everything for us. They were attentive, quick and made the experience enjoyable. All of the reps were knowledgeable and very nice. We will be using this location as our main store to go to for any help. My wives iMessage was messed up and a rep took 20mins to ensure that everything was tried before advising other steps to take that was out of Verizon's hands. We tried the first thing she recommended and it worked! Manager is also on top of everything to ensure that all customers are being helped. read more

Just got off the phone with the RUDEST sales rep EVER!!!! I am in another state trying to buy a phone for someone who lives close to this store. So I call, press 3 for sales, and ask the man that answers what do i need to do to make it happen. You would have thought I asked him if he could sell me a rotary phone and ship it to New Zealand! My Lord! He was so rude to me! Oh, and told me their store doesn't take credit cards. WTF? Then, when I asked to speak to his manager, I had to ask 10 times in a row, because he decided that was a good time to start answering my questions. Extremely poor customer service. After noting a discrepancy on my bill, I tried to no avail to actually speak to someone over the phone to figure it out. I never could reach anyone except their online digital assistant which was of no help. I finally had to schedule a time at the local store (the next day) to get my issue resolved. Once there, the sales person had no idea how to resolve my issue and had me call customer service on my cell and knew the voodoo to get to a live rep. The online rep, which I could never reach, then went on to resolve my issue while the sales rep looked on obviously upset I was there. Once done I inquired how to close the account and the sales rep and another lady were more than happy to explain it and give me the pin # I would need. I won't feel bad switching providers knowing that Verizon doesn't need my business. read more

I was due for an upgrade at the end of August, however my s6 decided to not hold out until the end of August, so I had to upgrade early, My customer service representative, Aubrei, was able to assist me with upgrading to the s9. She was very knowledgeable on the products. I was contemplating on going back to Iphone. She was able to give me information on both Android and Apple products. She also helped me to where I only had to pay for the remaining amount on my S6 and not have to pay upfront for taxes or the upgrade fee. I definitely would refer my friends and family to this store and to Aubrei. They were quick and efficient, I was able to get all of this done in only hour on my lunch break. read more

A very busy store. The wait time was 45 minutes with three people in front of us. They didn't receive five stars because of the wait and customer service was ok. Our representative seemed bored when explaining Verizon options to new customers. I didn't appreciate it being talked down to but I had to bite my tongue. I have been with Verizon for years and have never had a problem. The service is always great although the in store wait time can be lengthy at times. Make sure you check your rebate information before purchase and make copies when you send it in. I have had two bad experiences with rebates. The first time my they told me my paperwork never arrived and I lost out on $100. The second time the guy told me I would get a $50 rebate and I got home to find out that the rebate didn't start until the following day. Sheesh! read more

Had the best sales experience with Skip at the Verizon Store on Skibo! He helped me select Note 4s for my wife and I while selecting iPhone 6 Plus for my daughter. He was patient and very fast at getting all our data transferred to our new phones. He took his time in putting protective covers on all screens and in proper cases we selected. Over the last few days I've had issues with sending and receiving text messages. I was told to make a store appointment and after a bunch of runaround I finally got one at this location for 6:30pm. When I arrived at the store they were completely locked up with nothing in sight except a note on the door that said "sorry for your inconvenience, we'll reopen at 10am". No call, email, or text for advanced notice so I didn't waste my gas and time driving to a store they knew wouldn't be open. What is the point of forcing me to make an appointment only to have it disregarded? My time and my safety are just as important as that of those working in the store. If your people can call me to get me to come in so you can try to make money off me through an upgrade it shouldn't be an issue for you to reach out and let me know that plans changed and your end of the agreement (being open when you say you'll be) wouldn't be kept. I'm thoroughly disappointed. read more

I recently received a replacement phone via Asurion. I went to the store to have the phone activated, Ryan assisted me. He was obviously too busy to be bothered by me. He did activate the phone and I explained to him that I was unhappy with my experience with Asurion and the fact that I was on my second replacement phone. He was not concerned in the least. He rushed me, advised me to contact Asurion and that there was nothing that Verizon could do for me. Ryan also told me to consider myself fortunate because if I were an AT&T customer I would have paid a much higher deductible and have a much higher monthly bill. I am not sure how that would be possible since I currently have an unlimited calling plan for an Iphone which is what I would need with any carrier. I called AT&T and the bills would be about the same. At no point did Ryan ever offer to transfer my contacts or help me in anyway. I have been a customer with Verizon for over 9 years which means nothing to Ryan. I will be finishing my contract with Verizon and switching carriers. I would not recommend intruding on Ryan's day because you will be met with an attitude and unwarranted comments. read more

I've previously had great service at this store with Carolyn; however, the bad far outweighs the good. My first impression of the store as I walked in was the store greeter complaining to a co-worker that it was too busy. I was cut off mid-sentence multiple times as I tried to explain the reason for my store visit. I waited for 45 minutes before I was ever seen. After I explained that I wanted to exchange my phone, the store clerk apparently had problems with the exchange, which took another hour and a half to fix. I over heard the manager complaining loudly about the fact that the exchange even had to happen. Total time in the store waiting around was almost three hours. The attitude of the employees was the icing on the cake. Don't go to this store! read more
