I have purchased from Best Buy for years believing that providing businesses competing with Amazon was in my best interest. I loved Best Buy, they previously had always done right by me and price matched competitors. I purchased a new Deco Wifi mesh setup and 20 days later saw Amazon selling the same item on sale for $50 less. Reached out to BB and was told sorry you are outside the 14 day return window. Well, I can say for sure Best Buy that you have indeed lost a customer and I will be shopping elsewhere from here on out. This from a guy, who, while not all of Best Buy's income nor much of it, spent a good deal annually ($2,000-$3,000) there. That spending will shift elswhere. I'll preface this with the fact that I am planning on ditching this phone as soon as the new one comes out, and I just needed something cheap and easy to carry me until this September. If that sounds like you, these guys are the right choice. Had these guys fix a cracked phone (front and back) and, while quick and affordable, the replacement parts are rather low quality. Back glass seems perfectly fine, other than the fact that my MagSafe charging isn't as secure as it once was. I had major issues with my screen after it was fixed but the staff were quick to help me out, even gave me a most of my money back for the display (I had already taken the phone to apple to get an OEM screen put on, and could not get them to give me the screen from these guys to return for a proper refund; all in all I'd say this is fair). All in all Id recommend these guys if you need a cheap quick fix so you can still qualify for apples early upgrade program or a trade in promotion, but if you're looking for a long term repair, it's best to go to the apple store for genuine apple parts that'll last you. Hopefully soon the Right To Repair movement will reach a point where all of these small business owners can get their hands on genuine parts for proper fixes and we can stop relying solely on a tech giant like Apple for our repairs and give our money back to the local guys.

She repeatedly recited that she was not obliged to offer assistance since it was an app related problem. She refused to offer assistance. I had the impression that she was actually not qualified. Whether or not helping customers is her responsibility, a good business person builds good will by going the extra distance for their customers I would not recommend any business which has poor business skills.
