My only option I had was to get a bus schedule at the Town Information Center and catch a ride on the Centro Bus into Auburn, then walk 5-6 blocks in the rain, and finally reaching the AT&T store. On this day, I was in shock, in pain, exhausted, wet, and beyond desperate get a phone and figure out what to do. I knew that I desperately needed 3 critical things when I got to AT&T... 1) a new iPhone 2) a car 3)someone to help me that likes their job, was good at they're job, technologically and service knowledgeable, calm, confident, enjoyable working with and teaching others, someone who was patient, able to listen to understand, non-judgmental, projected good vibes and good energy, capable of smiling and laughing while working, and give me the time I needed making my AT&T experience enjoyable, and maybe even a little fun. I literally Prayed to God my entire trip getting to the AT&T store. SMH.. I Prayed that He would please, please, PLEASE, have my needed person in #3 be waiting to greet me at the door with a smile when I get there. Extremely grateful, God had definitely answered my Prayers that day. As I walked into the store that day, everything was exactly as I Prayed for, except for, there were "two" amazing people waiting that fit my #3 description to a tee...Zack and Alley, just like two Angels, waiting and wanting to teach me and help me. Both Zack and Alley, working great together as a team, were extremely kind and empathetic to my unique situation.. both of them being amazed that my chin had literally bent my iPhone in the accident... All I can say is that I had great time at Auburn AT&T because of Zack and Alley... we continued laughing and learning for 4 1/2 hours ... seriously best time I've ever had at AT&T buying a new phone... Good people. Thank you both!!

Turned what I thought was going to be a simple pickup for my phone upgrade into an ongoing issue…read morethat has since required a technical support agent opening up a ticket with AT&T's team (which has yet to be resolved). I stopped by this location to pick up my new phone (it was the closest location within driving distance that carried the size and color of the new phone that I wanted - and it was still an hour/one way from my home). I told them I wasn't quite ready to use this new phone, so I'd change over the phones and activate everything later. Even after this, they still DEACTIVATED the phone I had been using/was upgrading from (I wasn't trading it in)... which was especially annoying because I wanted to use GPS to get home (since I'm less familiar with driving around Auburn). Good thing I didn't have an emergency or something while driving home, because I didn't have a functioning cell phone!

I live on the West Coast and the tea set was owned by a gentleman outside Syracuse NY who told me he was too old and cranky to pack and ship things, so I would have to swing by and pick it up. So I called John (he picked up the phone on the third ring) and he put Joyce on the job. Four days later, I had my tea set, packed immaculately by Joyce, box clearly marked "fragile." This is why small businesses such as the well-named "Green Light" are the backbone of our communities. The price, considering the service & labor involved, was reasonable. I would trust John and his team with any shipping and packing job, or even random local "favor" I needed.

I called them back a couple days later to return for the job & requested the same guys.("same guys ,can't be done" I was told). Couple more days 2 new guys came for the clean out. One was quiet/friendly. The other, who called days before to chk on the first 2 guys ,telling me he" was the manager", was the 2nd guy arriving . He stumbled to answer me ,when I said "oh yes, your the manager who called the other day"( Later ,I found out he was NOT a manager! hence his stumbling for words in front of his co-worker) In the basement I could hear yelling(he was on the phone w/supervisor). Once off the phone, he began yelling at me(I took it, that he was ticked off w/the 1st estimate ,so I tried to not be upset with his angry, unprofessional & scary tone!).However, he continued w/anger towards me,standing right next to me!(FEARING he'd go nuts on me, I texted my husband to come quickly!) This non manager said in a yelling loud tone, "Those other guys Fu**ed up giving you that estimate!" (So unprofessional!!!) Then he began bullying me,demanding another chk doubled what I was quoted! My husband arrived ,& this "non "manger" cont. his angry tone with my husband! We all went to the basement ,where the got junk angry man continued his angry ,unprofessional rant! In short I told him to leave! & how unprofessional he was with his swearing ,yelling and trying to bully me& lying he was the manager! He cont. screaming at me as he walked backwards to the truck. I finally decided to let him know I could yell too and I tried over his voice to yell ,so that the other worker could now know, the treatment I received from his angry co-worker (nice guy stayed in the basement cleaning, while angry man was on the porch w/me, then my husband! before angry man & husband went into basement). I began taking pics of the truck #, License plate ,driver and when I stepped up in front of the truck, (truck just started engine/not moving) to get a pic of the driver &angry, mean man. The angry man in passenger seat, motioned with hand & verbally to the driver, to drive! If I had not jumped back ,I would have been hit by the front corner of the truck! I called(all calls go to Canada)& filed a complaint! Cpl days passed, conflict resolution man called ,"they fired the first 2 guys for multiple under quotes", but this angry, bully & very unprofessional man ,"was spoken to!" (to keep me quiet I'm sure) ,they would do the job for "just a bit more than quoted." (This angered me even more!) & they would be sure the angry man would not show up. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! It was so very frightening!, my PTSD flared up for over a week from this horrible man! Again, DO NOT HIRE 1800 GOT JUNK!!! I called another syr co. The husband & Wife team were so very sweet, professional ,cared for things even being thrown out & they were far less than 1 800 got junk! 2nd Co. also honored us by giving us a Military discount! I'll have more clean out needed, and the 2nd CO. will be the one's I call!
