A good alternative to Walmart, but it's surprising that the managers (and those above them) allow the store to be as disorderly as this one is. Every department looks like it was hit by a hurricane. Shelves not restocked. Tags missing. No regular facing. Stuff all jumbled and left on the floor. Out-of-date groceries everywhere. The list goes on. Employees never ask to help you. Most of them barely even speak. A shame, as it wasn't this way just a few short years ago. What happened? read more

Great store; it has a Starbucks inside and the staff is usually very helpful; in particular I had a great experience last time I was there with a person named Jack in electronics; I was looking for a case for my kids phone and almost bought more than I needed when Jack pointed out that for her model there was a better cover for less $. I've never had a problem with returns especially now with the dressing rooms closed. the mobile works good to help me find stuff / order ahead. Great selection of household supplies, pharmacy/pharmacological supplies, groceries, electronics etc. Definitely a go-to place. read more

It's Target, what more can I say? It has all our essentials and then some. Sometimes it's mommy therapy for a casual stroll around, and sometimes it's a quick "drive up" to go order to stock up on literally everything and anything we ran out of. I love using the target app to check out the weekly offers and get $5 in a gift card for stocking up on whatever we needed to get anyways. :) read more

I don't understand why this Target, which is in a nice mall, is the messiest Target I've ever seen. Even when I arrive at the 7am opening, stuff is strewn around, carts full of who knows what are blocking the aisle, etc. It's got to be bad management or bad training or both. read more

I can't tell you how much I love Target... I love every Target and I am not sure I have ever been to a bad Target. Some locations I love more than others but they are all Target in the end. This location is convenient as it is in a shopping plaza with a lot of other stores so I am able to do grocery shopping, clothing shopping, go to the gym, and stop at Target. I have always been able to get everything I need at this Target and as always, prices are competitive and you can use your RedCard and save even more! read more

This specific target is usually not as stocked as many targets. I enjoy shopping here but sometimes I have to go all the way across the store to get the one thing I need. And sometimes I have to go to the bathroom, and I'm on the opposite side of the store! I have had to run to the other side many times in order to not have an accident in aisle 4. They need to step their game up in many sections of the store so it can be like many of the targets in the Syracuse area. read more

Many items are marked one price on shelf but another when they are rung up. For example, check the Almond and Soy milk - averages $1 more than price on shelf. Peanut butter and cheese crackers aren't really "$2.99" like marked. I bought a pack of hot dogs marked two for $5, but over $4.00 each - I showed Customer Service and she let me have it at price marked and I told her about other items priced incorrectly and she shrugged and said "hopefully marketing will catch it." Been this way for months, so obviously if you notice they'll make it right, but are banking on the majority of people not noticing. read more

Target is one of my favorite stores to shop at, I can never just run in for a quick item. It may be a little more money, but it's worth it. This store is clean and well organized except for the women's fitting rooms. There was no attendant there and there were clothes all over that needed to be restocked. That area was a giant mess today. read more

Typical target that you have come to expect. Good customer service with a wide selection of products that range from groceries (yes target now carries fresh fruit and vegetables) to office goods. Store is clean and carries everything. Products tend to be better in quality than Walmart, but prices are higher. Since this is one of the larger targets I have seen, be careful about their consumables because I found some expired goods still on shelves last time I came by. On the bright side of being large, they have a larger selection than most stores. Not much else to say about this place. It's also right next to tops but this place carries its own small grocery section. I'd advise against buying from here but on some rare occasion that you want some turkey dogs (made with entirely white meat), this place carries my favorite XD. Can't seem to find it anywhere else including wegmans, tops, Walmart, etc... read more

Target has added a new grocery selection and it is just as awesome as the rest of the store. Target is convenient, moderately priced, and literally carries everything needed to live. Usually my first stop on Black Friday as electronic prices plummet to all time lows, DVDs are dirt cheap, and I can find something for everyone. Also, they have great check-out line management. read more

Without being political or social about things. I really just don't love this location for shopping. The selection is not as big as other places for baby and kid. Things are always out of stock. I despise cartwheel because I have to scan EVERY item. Plus! If you use their registry you will regret it. However, those things are all stores. The only thing I like here is the target cafe for popcorn and icee's. Yum! read more

Today everywhere we turned the mask rules were being disobeyed by customers. Staff seemed to be doing *nothing.* One man was walking around blatantly, mask under his chin, in the electronics section. Another man shopped all over and checked out with no mask, no face shield, nothing. It was a super stressful shopping experience and incredibly frustrating. Will not be returning. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY TARGET. I am a frequent customer of the target near me and I came to this target for some home furnishings and was treated with disrespect from the employees here! When you have a question they are nowhere to be found and when you do find them they are very unhelpful and seem annoyed you're asking a question. I visited this store for the first time today. My 7 year old daughter has been begging for a new bike. I left empty handed after your very rude associate yelled at my child that she cannot ride the bike in the store when all she did was put one leg over the bike to sit so we could see if it was the right size for her. You can thank her for me going to wal mart and spending 40 dollars less on a better bike and I will never return. read more

Certainly wonderful to walk to good ol target! There is a new bridge which connects the village of Fayetteville to a cute walking trail that leads to Kennedy and straight to target! This should be a super target and should have a friendlier staff but I must lower my expectations as I'm discovering the northeast is a much more hostile culture from the Midwest. Really needs to be upgraded to Super Target and have a customer service training course provided to staff. read more

Went into Target over the weekend in the early afternoon. There were clothes all over the floor of the women's department, shelves were a mess, carts all over the aisles and many food items were out of stock- just a general mess. Looked worse than Black Friday. Very unlike a Target!! Disappointing!! read more

It's a grocery store /clothing store has everything I need in one and the service is great and the prices are excellent

I live around the corner and Target is my store of choice for everyday items, kitchen gadgets, pharmacy items, kids play clothes and toys. I shop there at least once a week. Until recently, the staff has been friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I had the worst experience I have ever encountered in any store, anywhere. Gayle, at customer service, is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever met and needs a good lesson in customer relations. After her initial discourtesy, I asked to speak with the manager. She proceeded to scream from her counter at customer service across the store to someone at the checkout counters. Target and the management at the Fayetteville location needs to train their staff to be better ambassadors for their store. They probably don't care, but they've lost my business and any good will built throughout the years. read more
