Darrian and Scott went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was having issues with my phone and wasn't sure how to load the prepaid card rhat was missing a number Darian took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure my phone worked before I left. What stood out most was how patient and professional they were. They helped walked me through the new phone setup and even gave me helpful tips to get the most out of my device. And possibility to switch to a contract plan. Since switching, the service has been flawless--no dropped calls, fast data, and reliable coverage even in spots where I used to lose signal. I am being overcharged for a phone. I paid in full at the store on my credit card! I called customer service to fix it and they tell me that I was supposed to get a promotion and that I was supposed to trade in that phone now I think I threw the phone out and they're asking me for the phone to trade in so that I could get my credit otherwise they're gonna keep charging me the amount incorrectly being billed. An actual supervisor from Verizon on the phone was nice enough to investigate my situation on my account and said that he is very sorry but they are needing the trade-in. Otherwise I will still be billed the incorrect amount even after the store told me I didn't need it and that they wouldn't take it as a trade-in! This is absolutely ridiculous. read more

Stopped in today for a sim swap, as my sim had gone bad and was not allowing the phone to utilize my data plan. I was greeted by Steve who took all of 10 minutes to get me back up and running. The experience could not have been more seamless. My total wait time before being helped was about 5 minutes which I took advantage of to check out the iPhone 13 sizes and see how seamless the new Z-Fold phone is. I really liked the Z-Fold. The screen image was bright and crisp. You could definitely see the slight curve of the fold when the screen was dark, but it was not really noticeable when the screen was well lit. Anyway. The new sim is working great. I really appreciate the help in getting my data working again. read more

DO NOT BUY AT THE LEHIGH ACRES, FL STORE!!. We were at Verizon this past Sunday, we thought we were. We just found out it is a retail store, not Verizon, even though they represent themselves as a Verizon store. We were charged $60 for Ready?Go! Package, 3 phones. Verizon told me they did not know what this charge is. It is not a Verizon store. It is a retail store. When I paid the $60 I was told by Jontil that we could get a credit for the charge. I was told it was for 3 SIM cards. We had to disconnect our service since my daughter could not get service where she works. We had the phone for 2 days. I talked to the manager of this store and I told him what happened. His employee lied to me. The manager hung up on me. I called back to get Corporates number and they gave me the wrong number. Besides the $60 I am trying to get back I was told my phone bill will be over $150.00. For 2 days??!! And my daughter's Iphone 10 would not even get reception. I was also told that you can not replace a battery in an Iphone 10. That is a lie. I called a repair store and they can put in a new battery. He was trying to get us to buy new phones. So I am supposed to pay $210 for phones that we had for 2 days that we could not get good reception on? This store is dishonest. They call themselves Wireless Zone but represent themselves as a Verizon store. read more

Verizon has gone from first to worst in SW Florida. They have stolen hours of my time and cost me dearly with my business. I have a brand new iPhone 13+ and with this service it is worthless. Missing important calls daily and unable to schedule appointments. A class action suit is in order! Yah..here's one for you. I just went from Sprint to Verizon because I wanted a little better coverage. Here is what happened. I walked into their store in Florida March 9th. Discussed with a rep what my needs were and will be, went over the types of flat rate plans they offer, then I disclosed I work for the Gov't which allows us a discount. The plan was to keep my bill under $100. With the discount, I would have achieved this. I bought my phone for $149.99 Samsung Galaxy S4..totally happy when I left the store. Flash forward 2 months. I came home from Florida to Washington State because I needed some medical care. Didn't really pay attention closely to the first bill in April. However it was alot and I was thinking maybe I didn't get the discount yet. Today May 15th I opened my bill for review..noticed an additional fee over my $80 plan which was over $40 and then some. My bill came to $131.01 with my discount, the phone insurance, this ridiculous ACCESS FEE as well. Noone said anything to me about an access fee. I was under the impression there is a one time administrative fee to get activation. In absolutely no way was this ACCESS FEE disclosed to me. I would have turned around and walked out. Do the math...Figure $40 x 24 month contract. Totally absurd. I'm beside myself. This information was not in any paperwork handed to me. All I received was my receipt of purchase for my cell phone and the batter pack I bought with it. First bill came I should have noticed because it was there so shame on me not catching this. I have NEVER seen ATT or SPRINT charge an additional access fee on top of the plan. I AM SO MAD and I can't do anything about it. Nothing at all. Im stuck but I am going to drag Verizon through the review system. I am very clear about what I want and what my needs are. This is inexcusable. I spoke with a chat rep on their web site AND called the store in Florida where I made the switch. All I can say is noone is going to be held accountable when it comes to their disclosure to new subscribers. I was swindled and I feel hopeless and unresolved. This should be regulated. In no way in this day and age where every penny is watched with this economy should a company like Verizon do this to people. It's wrong!!! Very very wrong! We always back up to the iCloud but just to be sure, she asked the Verizon Rep to be sure she was good. He did and said she was. After 2 hours on the phone with Verizon and Apple this morning, its been decided that all 1200 photos are gone and never to be seen again. What the hell man! There are family photos of the past 8 years.They had no problem taking the time to sell her on an plan upgrade and some other BS accessories, but not enough time to be sure she would get everything transferred. First time ever writing a bad review. I have never had worse customer service. Bought 2 for 1 phone, which due to no notes being put in our file almost cost us the second phone, meaning one for a very high price. Then turns out the first phone is defective. Spend an hour on the phone with tech support, told I can get a new one at the store. Get there, wait 15 minutes, and rudely greeted. Explain my problem. Getting nowhere, and the manager cuts me off, then scolds me for trying to continue my sentance. So I paid 200 for a broken phone that they are unwilling to help with. They want the sale, without any follow up customer service. Awful place to do buisness. Had happily had Verizon for 7 years prior to this place. read more

Very poor customer service, instead of trying to assist you they are determined to make you feel at fault. For instance store associate Clarissa tried to tell me she sold me my invisible shield product when she clearly did not a Spanish man sold it to me, so when I went in to get it replaced she was determined to make me buy a new one because I had not registered the product since the Spanish man who sold it to me did not inform of the need to do so, he said when it was time to replace to just come back and they would take care of it. So Clarissa took it upon herself to undermine me and tell me that she sold it to me and that it wasn't going to be replaced. In a very rude and unwelcoming manner. -Then I demanded to speak to the manager who argued with me and was very rude to me the last time I visited the store. Crappy miserable people I will never visit the store again, in fact I'm discussed with Verizon after my experiences with their very rude and snobby employees. How awful.
