He was talking all kinds of craziness about mine and my husband's emails being wrong, names spelled wrong, account being in different names, telling me I had to change info and wait for approx 4 months for things to process, etc etc. He did add if he could get things to work that we would save five dollars per phone, which would be $20 a month. After an hour of completely confusing me and getting me all rattled, he said he wanted to go consult with his manager. He returned and told me, when I had time to call Customer Service. He handed me a piece of paper where he had written down the customer service number. I was frustrated that the manager didn't even offer to come talk to me. I told the employee I was calling customer service in the store and resolving this, before I left. When I called Customer Service, I explained that I was in the AT&T store and the employee basically couldn't do anything on his end to help me after an hour and requested i call. The customer service guy said he couldn't figure out why the employee in the store was having such difficulty because he was able to pull my account up with no problem. He apologized for my inconvenience, and solved my issue in a matter of minutes. I learned a lesson... I will always attempt to call customer service, before I ever enter an AT&T store. Also, the Customer Service guy told me I would be saving $10 on each phone, total of $40 each month. So, that was more invalid information I was given in the store. The best thing about my whole experience at the AT&T store was the employee walked me over to the door and opened it for me to leave. I did inform him my issue was resolved quickly, and customer service questioned why it was so difficult for them to handle it in the store.

The rep had to go to dinner but assured me if I call this number and they will turn back up services on quickly. I called number and after over 1 hour on phone they informed me that they can't do what they promised. I would not recommend ATT for any service they have . Beware of ATT for anything. They lie over promise and no accountability for customer service.

Today I visited this location to simply upgrade a line of service in order to get a new phone for my son. The representative was helpful in recommending a phone based on his needs and the current promotions, but that's where any positive feedback ends. This representative took me all the way through the upgrade process, concluding with the transaction, then muttering "ok, it's ordered". At no point did he say that the phone was not in their inventory and would have to be shipped. My expectations were to leave with the device in hand as it was for my son's birthday the following day. There was nothing they were able or willing to do to reverse the process so I had to phone AT&T in order to reversed their work. This then caused a delay in my ability to upgrade the phone in a timely manner since the system is now showing, there was already upgrade in process. While I was being helped, a woman entered into the store and circled around for a few minutes before abruptly leaving. The representative helping me makes a comment to me regarding people and how impatient they are. He never even bothered to greet her or give any insight on how long it would be before he or someone else could help her. Nothing. In addition to the lack of clear communication, the two employees who I saw in the store we're sloppy and lethargic. Appearance even seemed somewhat unprofessional. Wearing a beanie to work is cool, and all if your employer allows it, but when your partner it with my comments above, I assume these guys just rolled out of bed and barely made it into work.

Day one after receiving them, wash one, water was everywhere. All over the floors, lower part of the walls in the Landry room and hallway. We called, they said they would call by EOD to schedule a service appointment because there was water damage and no one called. So we followed up the next day. They said they would call to set a service appointment... no call. My wife called again. She spoke with Jim the service manager. He assured her that he would have someone come out at a certain date and time. She subsequently got a confirmation text with completely different info than what was discussed. We were then sitting at one week without a washer. Made one last call to speak to the store manager. He didn't seem the least bit concerned about our issue. Seemed like I was bothering him by calling. I told him to just come and get them and issue a FULL refund. Guess what... got a refund. Not a full one. They refused to refund the delivery fee for delivering damaged equipment. And, they didn't even hook up the dryer correctly either. We paid extra for a steam kit and such, never even installed it. EE is a joke! Heck - we were even told by one of their employees, there was a manufacturer defect in some of these models but that they would rectify it. And still got nowhere with them. What a waste of time and money (the delivery fee). We will never do business with them again. Truly, terrible customer service experience.
