Rue told my wife if we did not get a call from Verizon, to come back and talk to her. Well today after 2 hours Rue left in the middle of the conversation and went home. Then my wife asked for the manager and the manager shrugged her shoulders and started goofing around with her employees and ignored my wife completely. After some prodding we found out from Verizon customer service that this this store pulls stuff like this all the time. They apparently make offers to potential customers that are false and then Verizon catches it they take it from you account. We also tried to deal with corporate, through many hours of asking for a supervisor, they offered us $250 to go away. We did not except. If you find your self going to this store don't !! My wife is a preschool teacher and she should not have to put up being treated like this. I feel like I am in a Twilight Zone episode.

The service that VABB provides highly depends on your location relative to towers and line of sight, etc. For my house I tend to get okay speeds and decent latency. Where VABB shines is the customer support and help you can get from the sales side. Every interaction with them has been great. They are great at communicating and have never misled me in anyway. Their people show up on time. They have been willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my gear is working as well as possible. I just wish they had a fiber network to my house. My 2-man crew is out in the freezing rain on a 12 hour job to clear fallen trees from the road for VDOT. We took a quick trip to this Target near our dispatch hub, to grab some snacks, walk around out of the cold, etc and it was the greatest experience. Mary & David greeted us w complimentary coffee and even accommodated my preference of non-dairy creamer with oatmilk creamer which they put aside for us for the rest of our shift and free coffees all day !! They have a whole table set up with snacks, including fruit and everything to make PB&Js (at the Starbucks in the Target) free to all road work crews. Definitely feels like small town care for one's neighbors; this kind of appreciation for each other is not always on display but it's so nice when it is and I couldn't be more grateful. Target is actually the best.
