My husband told him multiple times, that he needed to speak with business rep about his line because non business reps have tried to help him before and it didn't turn out good. Brandon ended up throwing a fit saying "he can't help a customer that doesn't want to help himself" and walked away and left us with another rep. It was very unprofessional, rude and childish behavior from Brandon.

But he advised he had to take the phone and couldn't work on it for at least another hour when the next employee showed up for work. I came back the next day and it was ready to be picked up. The repair was perfect, couldn't tell the back glass was new, not the one that came on it. Would highly recommend them, but they need to do a better job keeping appointments and doing the work when the appointment is made, I can drop off a phone anytime, don't need an appointment for that.

Also, in order to even charge the phone, the charger port had to be reinforced by electrical tape to allow the charging cable to stay in the charger port and make contact with its elements. What? Insurance? Yah, I had that 360 thing, but my issue, I was told by unsympathetic and numerous call centers was, "not covered" and the ever helpful (not) we're going to assist you by "passing the call to anywhere but our department." But I digress. Fortunately for me right up the street on Garrisonville, is a superior TMobile store. My interactions with Mr. Jordan, Ms. Alia, Mr. Rangel and Mr. Juan were all epically superb. Mr. Jordan assisted me with activation of my new device and made it truly painless. Ms. Alia (new hire) commiserated and offered insites and helpful suggestions and Mr. Rangel I consider my technical advisor he ensured I made sound technical/phone decisions. Mr. Juan was instrumental in helping minimize my stress level over a 2 week period while I waited for my new phone from another Vendor. His customer service skills are second to none. I know. I have spent hours in that store. Their dedication to customer service, product knowledgeability, empathy and teamwork was and is phenomenal. Soooo...if you'd like to be treated like an adult AND you go in to the store acting like an adult, in spite of your frustration with the faceless voices at call center customer support, make sure you support this location. Brought my phone here, on a Monday afternoon, after seeing that my screen on my Google Pixel 6 Pro…read morewas separating, while inside my case. I called first to ask if they were open and available - They were. I had never heard of this store before. Upon arrival I was quickly seen and discussed the issues with the employee there. The employee stated that they did not have the Pixel 6 Pro batteries in stock at that location but that I could travel ~40 minutes to one of their other locations and get the service done there or I could wait and have one of their regional staff managers bring a battery another day, or have them order a battery. Since they offered the service, and it's built into their price, I opted to have them transfer the battery from the secondary location, figuring it would be faster than ordering one... I left with my phone and waited a few days. The receipt stated that I'd be notified by 06/11. So on the morning of 06/12 I contacted the store to inquire if the parts had come in. The employee stated that the parts were in-store and that they had called an left a voicemail (and gave me the time of the VM call) on my phone, but I never received it. No worries! I'm sure they did leave me one. I'm just happy to finally be able to get it fixed. Not stressing over a day! Upon arrival they stated that they were going to put my phone into a repair mode and that they wouldn't be able to access any of my data while it was in that mode, and to enter and exit that mode they'd need my PIN (which they DO NOT write down or keep in any way). Very happy to see that their customers' personal data, in their phone is secure, and that curious eyes wouldn't be looking through it (not that I think they would!) Nice to see they care to educate and re-assure their customer base. They also use GENUINE and not aftermarket parts for Google and Samsung, unlike other shops. The only gripe I had was the price -- but then again, who doesn't whine over an expensive bill?! ...$150+ for a battery replacement seems a bit much. But, I do understand that they need to pay for 2 staff members every day, insurance, rent for the space, and parts... But, at least maybe give first-time customers a 10-30% discount to keep them coming back, maybe..? Another shop told me they'd do the battery replacement for $80. But again.. who doesn't want best price? It's crazy to me that it's failing so soon, when I've always kept it in a case, only dropped it twice, and always take care with it. I ordered the phone in April 2022, from Google, for just over $1,050! I am happy with the service I got, and hopefully this will be the only time I'll have to make such a heavy investment into a phone that's not even 4 years old to me yet... Great job on the work, uBreakiFix. Hopefully I'm good for another 3-4 years, at least!

They are located inside of TODOS. Well worth the trip! They were very reasonable as far as the price, extremely knowledgeable and informative about what was going on and how they were going to fix it, and they were easy to talk to. These are good people who genuinely want to make things right! I recommend this place over and over again. We left feeling as though we had made new friends.

I paid $145 expecting a professional repair, but when I got the console back, the HDMI port installation was poorly done. The work appeared sloppy, and the motherboard was damaged during the repair. Instead of receiving a properly functioning console, I was left with a bigger problem than when I brought it in. Communication about the issue was also frustrating, we were unable to make a compromise and I didn't feel like the responsibility for the damage was handled appropriately. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience. If you're considering having an HDMI port replaced, I'd suggest looking for a repair technician with more experience in console motherboard repairs.
