Went in a couple weeks ago to upgrade phone and iPad. Quoted $6/mo for phone and $500 net cost for iPad. Come in today to pick them up, observe them "trespassing out" another customer, we have to wait for some safe to unlock, then they proceed to give us different deals like $10/mo for phone and $750 for iPad. We walked out. Bait and switch or just incompetence. Will call Verizon corporate about this. read more

Went in with the intention to upgrade my phone, and to put things shortly, that didn't happen. I'm not sure what the issue was, but the rep spent over an hour on the phone with corporate and he was unable to upgrade my phone. Anywhere else I've been to, upgrading a phone isn't a big deal. So after waiting around forever, he gave me some vague message about there was some balance due with a "sub account" under mine, without telling me how I can resolve it or who to contact to get it fixed. At this point customers were starting to line up so I was told to go take care of that then I can get my upgrade. Yeah, thanks. The icing on the cake is that my disney and google playstore subscriptions, added to my account as a promotion from my last interaction with Verizon were taken away and I no longer have access to. So not only were they not able to fulfill the apparently complicated issue of getting a phone upgrade, but I left minus some perks and in an overall worse state than I began with. If I go to a business to try and purchase a product and leave without the product and even less than before I walked in, I feel obliged to leave one star review. read more

Super bummed with having to write this honestly. At first, it was a great help from Alicia (store manager) AT FIRST...when we switched from another provider to Verizon and had an even more horrible experience from a different Verizon store. BUT, I got my recent bill and there was an extra line added to my account, without my approval, then charged over $140 to my bill. My last bill was well over $440!! I called and left messages to the store, emailed and texted, PLUS I went into the store just to have to provide this information all over and still no call. I got added charges that I never approved or requested, customer service for Verizon couldn't reverse the charges since it was done in the store by someone, but Alicia and no one else contacted me to Help. I was stuck paying this bill and erroneous charges for something I never wanted. Oh!! To top it off, Alicia lied and initially told me it was part of my plan with NO EXTRA cost, when it Never was and actually $120 plus activation fee, and I had to pay for it. Buyers beware. You'll get charged for things you never asked for. You also can't do auto pay unless you provide your personal login for your bank account. No thanks! My new phone itself is awesome and at lease the cell Service is better than before, but this Victra store lies and puts charges and services without permission and NEVER return calls or help. read more

I hate ranty reviews but that's what's coming. Aramis is the least helpful rep I've ever worked with. My background is in sales and I understand making a buck. But when someone asks you for your options it's just human decency to do the very basics of your job. Was the store busy? No not at all. Did he hold back the truth so he could get a buck? You better believe it. I was lied to about my options for new lines, I was lied to about options for autopay. Use any corporate Verizon store and skip this one. We were lied to about the capabilities of the devices and lied to about our bill. They charge a $50 per device restocking fee for a device I was lied to about. Maybe calling corporate will sort things out but who really has time for that? Skip this store and my bet would be that all the positive reviews had to be put up there from employees. The manager said "Aramis is my best employee" I suggested that the other employees leave and find another store that provides decent training and customer service. read more

This place just opened, is closer than location at arrowhead mall so I stopped in to have my screen protector put on. I bought verizon screen protector for $40, if it cracks I get new one in mail and then take to verizon to have it put on to keep my warranty. Walked in, explained what I was there for, was told they are not a corporate location so they can't put on the screen protector for me, because if he does and messes it up they can't replace it for me? Um corporate or not.... if you're messed up applying my screen protector why wouldn't you replace it? What exactly do you do then? If not help verizon customers? Don't waste your time, go to "corporate" location next to arrowhead mall and get actual help. read more

Would like to give it more stars, but this was just the worst experience at a Verizon store I've ever experienced. As soon as I walked in the door the sales rep was very unwelcoming with no desire to assist anyone. To top it all off she decides to put all display phones away because they were going to close in 45 minutes???? How am I suppose to buy a new phone and compare? Did not expect this from a Verizon store and I won't be back. read more

WOW WOW WOW! Where do I even begin? If you are looking for great customer service then you must come to this Verizon location! Kat was just absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and helped me upgrade my phone and even saved me $10 on my bill with autopay! I had IPhone but went to Samsung and I had so many questions about the phone the other girl there was so sweet to take her time to help me learn the basics of the phone! I've never been so impressed with customer service before! If I could rate them more then a 5 star you would most definitely get it girls! All my friends and family will be shopping at this location! If I could leave zero stars, I would. The manager is a hustler and was lying to my face about my account, date usage, etc. It was laughable that he thought I was ignorant about my own account and data we use. All they did was attempt to upsell me and when I gave them the final "cut it out" the manager walked away grumpy as a baby who didn't get their toy. Additionally this store wanted me to pay a $150 fee to replace my phone that I currently pay insurance on. Of course at the REAL Verizon store they shook their heads when I mentioned that this store was going to make me pay $150 for a phone that is replaced for free by insurance. Don't trust this store. Save your time and go to the actual Verizon store where the employees treat you well, don't treat you like a clueless person to you and is actually a REAL Verizon store, not some 3rd party store or whatever scam this store is. read more

HORRIBLE! I went into this store to upgrade my iPhone. I was initially optimistic as I was helped right away by "Richardo". I was the only customer in the store with many other employees standing around, talking loudly, to where I could hardly hear Richardo. Very rude. He had to order my phone as they were out of iPhone 8. It went downhill from there. They did not call me to let me know it was in. I called them and and was told it was there. I went in on Jan 3rd to get it and was told Richardo not there. Jafet C. ( I believe) "helped" me. He did NOTHING, but partially transferred my data. Nothing else was set up, no apps, no email. He then sent me on my way. This is only my 2nd iPhone, and I did not realize what wasn't done until I got home. I was there for about 10 min, all the while Heavy Metal music blaring, I could hardly hear this guy. Again, I was the only customer in there. It was obvious that since I was "Richardo" customer , this Jafet did not care about me. I will have to go to another Verizon store to finish getting my phone set up and some explanation. TERRIBLE. I should have gone to Costco and bought from them. read more
