I went here on 12/22/21, I had to change my account from Sprint to T-Mobile. I thought I was going to have to buy a new iPhone since I have an older iPhone version that doesn't support 5G. Tamer was the employee that helped me and he was great, efficient, friendly, went over all of the options T-Mobile offered without being pushy. As a nursing student, I'm too broke to spend an extra $20 a bill on a new phone, He respected that and let me know my plan offered an upgrade that I can use in the future. Worst experience with any type of store in my life. Was told by sales person Niya that my phone wasn't broken and there was nothing they could do for me. Gave attitude upon the "Oh hello can I help you ugh". My phone charger post was broken verified by two other stores both Thunderbird Rd and Happy Valley. if I could give negative stats I would. She shouldnt be allowe'd to destroy someone's business with her bad attitude. In my business my phone is my life blood and when it's not working correctly to have a representative of T-Mobile tell me off the way she did she would never get my business ever again. we have T mobile for our phone services and internet, there's connections issues often with the internet and phone services too. the internet is the worst, daily we're having issues with disconnection we've tried trouble shooting and moving the modem several times. I'm at my whits end with them. outages are outrageous yesterday my home house was shut down for over 12 hrs because we decided to use T-Mobile for everything! that was the last straw for us were switching asap! we pay way too much for such horrible service and its consistent. we're over it read more

*UPDATE- Aug 2022* Another ratchet phone crack had me visiting this store yet again. Friday around 2:15, I walked in without an appointment. I was immediately greeted with a "hello, welcome in" that one of the employees hollered out. It was busy yet within seconds after the random hello welcome, I was approached with a "Hi, how can I help you today" from a cool cat named Tony. Since this broken iPhone was from the Jurassic age, I chose an upgrade to the 13. Tony was good for telling me the iPhone 14 will be out next month, which means a lower price on the 13. After I made my choice, he slapped the new phone together by doing the SIM card, applying the screen protector (which I can never get right) & case. I walked out of there 15 minutes from when I walked in. I love this store, won't go anywhere else. Seeing negative reviews of long waits, rudeness, etc. about this store kinda baffles me. I've been here at least 6x in the past few years (big & obviously clumsy family) & have never had a bad experience. I get it, I'm sure they aren't ALWAYS perfect (who is?) but I also get that sometimes there just ain't no pleasing some folks. Peace! This store always delivers. My phone was accidentally dropped & cracked in the ugliest way; nothing worked. I dreaded the idea of having to paying for a new phone but Paul was fantastic from the moment I walked in. Fortunately my insurance covered the repair and all I had to do was pay $29 and wait about 1 hour. During which time I went across the street and had some sushi. What an amazing experience! We originally worked with Tony who was great . There was an issue with shipping the Phone I was originally wanting to get the shipping was going to take a little bit longer than I wanted to wait so we went back the next day and worked with Josh . I started having issues with my current Samsung and Josh was able to get it working, but then we decided to go ahead and just upgrade it that day instead of waiting for the other phone to ship. I wanted to trade in the Iphone 11 for Iphone 15 Pro. Granted they did not have the 126 memory so I had to get 256, but they called around and could have ordered it for me. I went ahead with the 256 because I needed the better camera for a trip the next day. I was treated with complete kindness, patience, and professionalism by Paul. My granddaughter (age 6) was with me the whole time and all the staff treated us as family. The case, cover, and all of my contents was transferred perfectly. I left with confidence and a great new phone. No high end selling occurred. Best of all, I know what my monthly bill will be without added charges as was done with Verizon. DO NOT Come here !!if you want to be treated awful. TONY Juarez . The so called "keyholder" made my first time experience at this store a nightmare. T-mobile as a whole was not the problem, it was the experience and how we were treated by THIS one individual.I will never step foot in this place again. I don't think the other sales reps are like this , but Mr.Juarez was adamant that he knew a certain information when he was wrong. He is rude, talks over people, doesn't have communication skills, has so much attitude, and has this very " I know it all mindset" when he is wrong all along. I wish I could rate this store a zero, and the T-Mobile customer service number is a joke! Every time you call in, you don't get any satisfaction! They "try" to charge you for service you haven't even received! We activated our phones in this store on 10/22, when my new phone was received. I had service for 3 days, and they're trying to charge us $98 on Nov. 9th?! Makes sense right? Wrong! They want my bill to go through another past due cycle to collections! I'm not about to ruin my immaculate credit score due to a company who doesn't know how to get things done right the first time! There's not even a corporate number to call! You call one number, and no one has a clue as to what they're doing! I will be contacting the store again tomorrow! My husband basically wasted his time going in to verify himself because we no longer even have an account with them! I was directed to T-Mobile at 59th and Bell rd to look at a flip phone for my handicapped sister who is very limited with the use of her hands and is unable to use larger phones. Tamer was exceptionally helpful in going over different options and being creative and compassionate to my sisters needs. They were very busy but he did not cut me short on excellent service. The customer service at T-mobile seems to be consistently crappy. Even as a tech savvy individual (way more knowledgeable than them but going in with a humble attitude ready to accept help and advice if they offer it) even I was treated as if I was annoying them by QUICKLY explaining the problem. You say one sentence and these employees are already rushing you out the door and annoyed youre there. It was the case at this location and the one I ended up picking up my phone from after it was ordered in, and I also saw them being that way with other customers, so it's not just me. For example they did not even tell me the phone they ordered was going to be refurbished not new, and when I was surprised by this at the other location they acted as if I should have known, when there was no indications of that from the salesperson or the very limited paperwork/messages I received. All around an unsatisfactory experience that made me wonder who was paying who and wha makes these clowns think they are smarter and that their time is more important than their customers. Even if they were the customers some of these attitudes would have been "over the top" and left me STILL thinking "what is their problem?!" read more

Of course switching providers can be a daunting idea. Thankfully our experience was fantastic. We were able to qualify for an amazing deal, get everything we needed and more for less money than what we were paying. Nico provides badass service and I would recommend him to anyone. Our visit took 3 hours but it wasn't short of pleasant. He answered our gazillion questions. Never once got frustrated and was a great conversationalist. He made the switch so effortlessly and everything he said has panned out. No hidden agendas and I am one that appreciates straightforwardness. The good, the bad, the ugly and I have been very pleased with my experience. We had to come back a few days later to set up my grandmother and he was very patient and kind. My parents ended up buying me an iPhone 14 on Black Friday not knowing anything about electronics. I wanted the iPhone 14 Pro. Well apparently they didn't communicate to my parents that after 14 days you can't upgrade your phone or return it even though it was not opened. It was open as a gift on Christmas. To switch up to the iPhone 14 Pro. They charged him an extra $700 to forfeit his deposit. We will be letting everyone know about T-Mobile on how they did us wrong since we've been with them since 1996. Looks like Verizon is going to get a long lasting customer. I called the manager from inside the store and they told me he was busy in a meeting while he was standing right next to the guy who answered the phone and then they laughed about it. It doesn't take much time or effort to make the customer feel important. Went in for help with a display issue, the kid who "helped" me was rude, accused me of dropping my phone in water and when I mentioned I did not he started it was water damage. He seemed like he was going to walk away, when my husband mentioned a warranty we had on the phone he confirmed we had a warranty and told us to contact the warranty company. He handed us a pamphlet and told us to go online for our claim. For the last 2 hrs I have been attempting to file this claim however I need a representatives assistance. I feel this could have easily been resolved if the guy actually wanted to help. I have used this company for 17+ years and the customer service reps have always been helpful going up and beyond to assist with billing issues, upgrades, warranty issues etc. I am new to this neighborhood and not sure if this kid is lazy, untrained or if this is T-mobil's new way of doing business...but I will NEVER go to this location again. read more

I purchased a phone here 2 years ago and did not agree to go under a new contract in any way shape or form. Now TMobile "loyalty department" is telling me that I signed a new contract. The funny part is, they do not have a copy of the contract. They are just saying that since some sales representative at this location put a "memo" in my account, that is legally binding. They cannot provide me with a copy of any contract at all, but somehow feel they are allowed to hold me to it. They are telling me that I was given a copy and I should have kept it since they do not. This does not make any sense at all. "If you do not have a contract there showing that I signed and agreed to it, how can you hold me to it?" "I understand, I'm on your side, that's why I just want to let you know we will just keep your lines open for the length of the contract to save you from paying a cancellation fee." "I never signed a contract. Show me where I signed a contract." "I can't do that, you should have kept the contract." "So you expect your customers to keep copies of contracts you want to legally hold them to?" Do not go to TMobile, they are the worst. I did not used to feel this way, but after having a 30 minute conversation with them about this I have changed my mind. I was not cancelling my entire service with them even, just 2 of my 4 phone lines. This would only have saved me about $10 per month. TMobile chose to harrass me and make up a contract that I never signed in order to keep me from saving this meager amount of money. They do not seem to care that in doing this they lost a lifelong customer, in order to hopefully choke an extra $60 out of me over the course of the next 6 months that they claim I am under contract for. Stopped by on a whim to see what the deal was with paying ETF's from VZW. Staff was very helpful and explained the process clearly. I was very impressed and ended up switching to Tmob.
