Nonetheless, when we returned it, they told us that they would charge us a $50 restocking fee and we needed the original box and we would have to call Verizon to disconnect the line. When we called and we're on on hold for 28 munutes, the representative told us that they could have disconnected the line at the store. I see that there are many solid reviews for this store, but when we ask our neighbors they state that they had the same type of experience with this store but didn't write a review as they decided to switch carriers instead, which is what my wife and I will do after 12 years with Verizon.

He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too.
