Hopefully they get that fixed. Called digiexpress and was told I could buy a replacement screen for $50 or have it installed for $75. Drove down the next day and was told they don't sell screens in the store that I'd have to order it. I can get the screen for half that off eBay. Why would I order from them to have it delivered? I drove down specifically because I didn't want to wait for delivery. Wasted trip, thanks for wasted my gas digiexpress. Sounds like a scam to get me to the store and then pay them to install it.

I had called earlier in the day to put the phone on hold and the employee seemed pretty harried, so I knew to expect a wait. When I arrived, the store was packed and people were sitting everywhere and waiting. The store also had a funky smell, like stale food or something, definitely should have been using an air freshener in there. There weren't any employees at the entrance, so I had to hunt down an employee to sign in. After signing in, I waited about 45 minutes to be served because, as far as I could tell, there were only 3 employees on the floor, which is a ridiculous example of understaffing for the week after Christmas. I didn't mind the long wait and might have been sympathetic, but all the employees were totally uncourteous and I felt like I was an annoyance the entire time I was there. If the iPhone wasn't deeply discounted, there's no way I would have wanted to purchase anything at this store because the customer service was atrocious. When I was finally waited on, the employee didn't even address me and started to unpackaged and set up the new phone. I had to ask him and confirm the price and model and plan. He was looking off in another direction the entire time he was helping me and did not make eye contact or give any impression he was paying attention to me or what he was doing. He never asked if I had questions or needed help setting up the phone. I was switching from Android and this was my first iPhone, so I really would have appreciated a little more information - instead he just slapped in my sim card and shooed me out. If you care at all about customer service, do not come to this ATT store.

I paid an $85 deposit toward a $170 repair and was told it would take about 2 weeks. After months of delays, repeated calls, and multiple visits (Dec 15, Jan 12, Feb 2, Feb 17), I was finally told on Feb 17 that the device was "unrepairable"--despite previously being told they were waiting on parts. I later had another technician evaluate the iPad, who found that the motherboard was cracked and additional internal damage had occurred while it was in their possession. When I returned on March 24 to request a refund, the owner refused, was unprofessional, and blamed the damage on the device being bent, which was not the case when I dropped it off. I paid for a repair that was never completed, and my device was returned in worse condition. I would not recommend this business.

Then I found Centratech solutions under phone repairs. I emailed Josh at Centratech who said he could order me the battery and have it in the following week. As promised he got the battery and emailed me when it was in. I went to pick it up and he checked to make sure it was the right one, installed it and made sure it would charge.
