I initially purchased an iPhone 16 from this location along with a screen protector and case. The sales representative quickly swiped my card and dismissed me. This is the first Verizon who did not even offer to help put on the screen protector I purchased from them. However, the real issue was they were so quick to swipe my card and dismiss me from their store that they did not even transfer my number from my old phone or help me set up my sims card. This is all while knowing I was unable to use or access my old phone. Since I had a 24hr EMS shift the next morning I spent the next few days unable to call or contact anyone until I could make it back to the Verizon store. When I returned, the staff appeared irritated and did not seem happy about providing service. When I had to return for a fourth time because not all of my contacts had transferred to the new phone they initially said I would have to spend $40 if I wanted their help. Keep in mind I had already spent over $400 at this location and had to return four different times. Safe to say this is the worst and most stressful experience I have ever had with customer service and do not recommend anyone to get a phone from here. They are quick to swipe your card and do not take the time to make sure you have everything set up the way you need. read more

I just switched to Verizon from another network. I dealt with Maurice working out of buy in Greenville North Carolina. Maurice is very awesome. He and his coworker Jaylen worked very hard to satisfy customers. They are very good at it. I dealt more with Maurice and he went above and beyond to help me. I noticed Jaylin working with another customer and she was going above and beyond to help them to activate a watch. I would highly recommend these two Verizon reps as they made the transition to Verizon very wonderful. read more

Customer service is not good! When you try to transfer a line, you would be more successful giving a kidney to someone. I don't understand how people can be so incompetent at their jobs and we are paying for a service. Provide MUCH more training Verizon!!! read more

First off I called customer service early on to ask if we could upgrade. Get to the store they got 2 people working, but only one person is actually working and able to help. WHAT WAS HER PURPOSE OF BEING THERE IF SHE ISNT ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ? I watched her print 3 sheets of paper and walk back and forth in the 3+ hours of sitting there waiting for service, now if she would've walked up and asked us if she could potentially help with anything she could've told us early on that the information given by customer service was incorrect and saved us hours of waiting but instead she did nothing literally. I don't usually leave reviews but Verizon definitely pissed me off today , & I understand it's a shortage of workers but it's working against you to have 2 ppl in store but only 1 person actually if any service to anyone. In addition to the false information given by customer service so I wasted my time coming in the first place. Got me so hot I might cancel my services high ass mf bill. read more

I always receive bad service at this location and today was no different. I went there for a simple change of address and the guy didn't listen to what I was asking him to do. Took my phone to do things on it now its still off and speaking to me in spanish. They use to be the leader in cell phones but now are just a cheap as all the others. We were traveling and our tablet crapped out. We did not have insurance so we knew we would have to buy a new one. When I went in I was immediately helped and in about 15 minutes I was done and out the door. There was no up selling or a ton of questions. I told them what I wanted and that's what I got. Even with the new buy your phone as you go crap, our bill is cheaper than it was with them & we have more data. I think this was a pretty dang good welcome to America's favorite network. read more

OMG...Seriously the worse retail experience ever. In fact I will be contacting the home office. First I went into the retail store and was treated horribly by the so called manager Carrie. How she became a mgr I do not know. They normally ask for your phone number so they can have you hurry up and wait. There was an employee that asked for my number and the mgr rudely interrupted,snatched the tablet from him before he could finishing assisting me. She offered me no help in fact she didn't even address me as a customer or otherwise. So as I waited and watched as she paced back and forth with hopes that she would assist me, I was disappointed to notice that her next move was to assist the older white gentleman that entered minutes behind me.This guy didn't even know how to unlock his phone and although it only took her 2 secs to help him, she clearly didn't take the time to acknowledge me. Finally when I walk over to her, I ask should I come back another day,she responds yes. I said you don't even know what I'm here for and that it could have been as simple as the gentleman she just helped. I told her I was trying to port a number and it was a process that was as already been taking a month to do so. She abruptly gave me a phone # and told me to do it myself. I informed her that the 2 employees that had attempted to help me within the month prior never suggested a number to dial. She was beyond rude. I waited in the car for about 15 min before I went back inside to ask for the mgrs number. I attempted to call the store mgr Mr Gillespie who's voicemail wasn't activated in order to leave a message. Next before the # was finally ported they disconnected my old phone without connecting the new one. This was all after I had purchased 3 New headsets at approx $74 and then another at $140. So my concern as I explained to the mgr if this is how it customers are treated prior to becoming clients with your carrier maybe I should just stick to my old carrier just wandering if the CEO is proud. Hope to find out soon Customer Service really shouldn't be that far from core values and morals, but I guess we all font possess the basic common courteousness.
