I wasn't told why my bill will increase to such a high rate and even more now I've received a notification from Spectrum that I now have to pay $162 dollars to keep my internet. (I am only 1 month behind on payment, how does $60 become $162 after missing ONE month) If you live within the Warrenton, NC area just know that Spectrum has not change there bad habits of raising there prices - instead they now do it fast instead of slowly. My wife and I have respectively been with US Cellular for 5 years between the two of us. We have…read morehad excellent service in the past, but lately it has been frustrating. We recently moved almost 6 months ago and wanted to keep using them. The closest store to us is over an hour away. The drive is tough to make when we both work around 40 hours a week. So if we have to drive we expect help. We are considering going back to the bigger companies because of the convenience and locality. Hate to do that because their customer service seems to be lacking as well, but what are we supposed to do? Continue to hope it will get better? I am sure we are probably one of a slight few that feel this way, but as a manager at retail store chain, I do my hardest to keep customers happy and satisfied... We are not happy nor satisfied. I am planning on posting this on Yelp as well. Hopefully we will receive some resolution to our ongoing issue someday, sometime soon.
