So I've three times to the store twice I worked with a gentleman named Luke who for lack of better words con me into getting two additional phone lines added to my account when I went back to discuss it. The other gentleman said he couldn't do me any good because he couldn't see the original that showed up on the screen initially tried to tell me that the $1600 in savings I was gonna get by getting the two lines off the $2800. I was gonna be paying for the additional two lines said that my phones that are currently getting $830 each for a trade-in are now getting would only get $183 combined on their organic. They do not provide any receipts or any paperwork so you cannot go back and look at it and they say their system does not provide any data other than a couple of remarks if the sales person puts in the remarks highly recommend going down the street to the TCC cellular company next to Domino's and Sheetz on Hummelstown Road read more

Avoid this third party Verizon store (Cellular sales) unless you want a major hassle. I was told I qualified for a free upgrade with no changes to my plan or trade in as a loyalty promotion. I confirmed it multiple times that nothing would change, except that I would have to remain with Verizon for at least 3 years. The bill arrives and I'm billed the full price of the phone over the next 3 years through my plan. After multiple attempts and hours trying to correct this, I was told by customer service that the representative at the store told me the promotion incorrectly. In order for the promotion to apply, I would need to upgrade my plan to unlimited, increasing my bill costing me more money in the long run. Multiple representatives told me it was this store's mistake and they would take care of it and I would receive a credit for each month I paid. Every month the bill came, it was never corrected. Now I'm forced to upgrade my plan for a higher price each month. It is absolutely ridiculous that a loyal customer is told information incorrectly by a Verizon representative locking them in to a bill increase. Verizon should honor what their representatives say, and when they make a mistake, it should not fall on the customer. I learned this is not even an official Verizon store, it is run by a third party. Verizon told me to always call in to them directly to get accurate information regarding my plan, but who knew you couldn't trust what the stores tell you? Earlier this month I had the unpleasant experience of having my cell phone (most likely by way of a compromised home internet router) hacked. Three new iPhone 12s later, along with a double change in service providers (Verizon to T-Mobile, now back to Verizon), it appears the hacker has been neutralized and my unfortunate situation resolved. This once seemingly impossible victory was achieved thanks largely to the advice and assistance I received from Verizon Wireless representative Sabrina. For all my faults and idiosyncrasies I'm a realist. So, while experiencing the many levels of fear, inconvenience, and anger associated with hacking victimhood, simultaneously scrambling to close banking accounts that had been breached, as well as social media accounts that had been stolen, I could not help but wonder aloud, "Who in the hell would want to be me?" It was during this panicked and agitated state I first met Sabrina at the Verizon Wireless location on White Street in York, Pennsylvania. As I explained my dilemma to her, the details of which I had experienced with my own five senses, I could't help but to cringe listening to myself advancing a narrative I knew to be factual, yet sounded so absurd - fabricated, even. To my relief Sabrina remained polite and attentive as I described the details of my unbelievable experiences related to the never ending game of cat and mouse the hacker and I were engaged. At this point in my review it clearly would be rhetorical for me to say, "...to make a long story short" because - well, mostly because verbosity is my hallmark. But equally because this situation required several visit to both the York and Hummlestown Verizon Wireless locations to see Sabrina who would ultimately go on to spend many hours assisting me until my issues were resolved. During my encounters with her over the past few weeks I found Sabrina to be patient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. And during the few times I would wait as she assisted other customers I realized she treats all her clients with the exceptional customer service care I had come to respect and appreciate. I have been a Verizon customer for a long time, the company makes well over $300.00 a month of my just my plan. I had to order a new phone which we all know can be stressful. I ended up having to stop by to ask for help and the man that sits right inside the door on the left hand side, had a light blue shirt on last night, told me he would charge me $20.00 to help. When I asked if that was due to them not being a real Verizon store and just an authorized dealer, he responded with "no it's because I don't work for free". Needless to say my shock to this mans nerve to speak to me in this matter! I left and called Verizon to file a complaint and they didn't seem to happy. They asked me to also write a letter and mail it in and I plan on it! Ultimately they still answer to Verizon. The address to mail complaints too is (Verizon wireless executive relations PO Box 105378 Alpharetta, GA 30348) This "company" if that is what you can call it, lost my business yesterday as I spent over $60.00 in a new case and scream protector. I had the awful experience of having a rookie wait on me. The rookie, Roberto, was so poorly trained that I ended up spending 2 trips (5 hours total) to get basics like my pictures transferred between devices. I was told that I would be under no obligation as a loyalty customer to try the Hum, and could return it within 14 days. Since Roberto could not set up my BlueTooth, I had to make a special trip to the dealer to get it set up. The dealer informed me that the Hum device would interfere with BlueTooth. When I repeatedly made calls either they were dropped or else the message was garbled. This afternoon when I returned the device, I was told I was liable for restocking fees. However, Roberto never told me about a restocking fee. When I argued the point with Sabrina, she screamed at me. How unprofessional. I may be switching to another phone company now. If this is how Verizon Wireless treats loyalty customers, then I plan on being disloyal. read more
