Jeremy is so bad he had my 80 year old mother almost in tears. We asked for the manager and were told to go to Walmart to find him. Asked for contact info for the district manager and were told we could not have that information. Rude does not begin to describe this individual. If I could give 0 stars, I would! I should have listened to the reviews I read about this location. I purchased a new phone online at home for a same day pick up, within an hour of purchase. 2 hrs later I still hadn't received the email that it was ready so I called customer service. They made me an appt for 30 min later. Drove to the store and there is a line of 3 people, the only 2 associates are helping people, waited for 30 min, then decided I'd leave on vacation without it. Came back 4 days later 30 min after they open, only to be told that even though my phone says ready for pick up in the app, they still needed to enter it into inventory and that it would take over an hour. Reluctantly i left, came back an hour later only to be told my order was cancelled by them because I exceeded the pick up time (which was notated anywhere on my order) and that I would need to call Verizon customer service. When I left the store, called Verizon and they told me the store marked my order as picked up and that there was nothing I could do but go back to the store and find out why the store said I picked it up! Needless to say, hours of wasted time, multiple trips to this store, and in the end, no new phone, Verizon is lucky to still have me as customer at this point! Do not go to this store for any changes to an existing account. I recently upgraded two I watches one of which I purchased at the store because of a promotion. My bill jumped about $300 because of how they activated the new watches. All they said was call Verizon to get it corrected and get only $75 removed. It took 6 one hour calls to Verizon customer service to get this corrected. According to Customer Service, the store activated two more lines to set up my watches which resulted in the extra charges. This was finally corrected. Verizon customer service was not much fun to deal with but the original error was at the store. read more

Made an appointment for 10am through Verizon website. This is an authorized Verizon business. arrived at 9:55 for my appointment. Was told by the only person working in the store that they don't honor appointments because they can't see them. Was prepared to purchase new devices, but will not purchase anything from this store. What is the point of making an appointment, arriving early only to be told that they do not honor appointments. read more

Don't waste your time going here. Staff here lacks customer service. Made four (4) trips to this store and everytime terrible customer service and cannot help. I had an issue with my new Samsung S10 that I purchased in April. I was in there yesterday and was told by two staff members that someone would call me later to schedule an appointment. Never received a call from anyone to scheduled an appointment. Today my fourth trip there all they did was call Verizon Technical Support from my phone. After holding for Verizon Technical Support (never spoke to anyone) my phone connection dropped. One of the issues I am having. Last several months my 2018 vehicle kept losing by bluetooth connection to my Samsung S10. My vehicle kept of staying no bluetooth phone around. Another issue I told them that I have to turn off my phone and turn back on to make a call or send text. One staff member in the store I was told the other is on their way in major accident of 485. One other time I was there too only one person in the store and similar reason. Staff here is clueless and unreliable. Victra Verizon stores is a waste of time. Then I drove to Matthews Verizon Corporate Store. I was greeted at the door by a Verizon knowledgable staff that was very friendly. They knew how to fix the problem. I was in and out of the Matthews Verizon Corporate Store in less than 15 minutes and my issues have been corrected. I was told if the problem happens again come back and they will put in a new sim card. read more
