The new Indian Land location across from Sun City Carolina Lakes is really helpful. Especially Andrew. Although the store is very busy, if you come in early, right when it opens, you will get served faster than coming in later. And Wednesday mornings are the very best time. Andrew takes time to listen to you, will resolve your issues and teach you how to use your phone. Not a class. He will respond to what features you are looking for or having questions about. A very helpful guy, especially as we switched from Apple to Android and have been confused to say the least. Patient and helpful. We really look forward to seeing him...if we have questions. This location also does a good job in helping you with accessories, sales and service.

I purchased a new phone online at home for a same day pick up, within an hour of purchase. 2 hrs later I still hadn't received the email that it was ready so I called customer service. They made me an appt for 30 min later. Drove to the store and there is a line of 3 people, the only 2 associates are helping people, waited for 30 min, then decided I'd leave on vacation without it. Came back 4 days later 30 min after they open, only to be told that even though my phone says ready for pick up in the app, they still needed to enter it into inventory and that it would take over an hour. Reluctantly i left, came back an hour later only to be told my order was cancelled by them because I exceeded the pick up time (which was notated anywhere on my order) and that I would need to call Verizon customer service. When I left the store, called Verizon and they told me the store marked my order as picked up and that there was nothing I could do but go back to the store and find out why the store said I picked it up! Needless to say, hours of wasted time, multiple trips to this store, and in the end, no new phone, Verizon is lucky to still have me as customer at this point! Beyond frustrated with the customer service here (with the exception of the manager that helped me finally in the end) and the lack of empathy!

I was given a vague "IC issue" explanation without clear testing or proof, and I don't feel a known-good battery was ever tried. I was also charged just for the phone being opened and "checked," without being clearly told about any fee upfront. I left with no real answers and no confidence in the diagnosis. Communication and transparency were not there. Now my cameras are broken....coincidence??

They were able to diagnose a couple issues and get me back up and running. This is now my "go to" place. Good pricing on phone accessories also, so I will keep them in mind for next time. I will recommend them to anyone who has a need.
