Spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with VZ customer support trying to get a solution for calls dropping inside our home. The agony I went through to fix VZ's weak signal into my home would take 30 minutes to explain, so I'll not try. I'll leave with this suggestion...if you're looking for a cell phone supplier that takes care of their customer's poor quality service....don't choose Verizon! And don't try to get help from Verizon's store manager in Jackson, Michigan unless you're really a glutton for punishment. read more

Though I dreaded coming in to purchase a phone and change carriers, I left very pleased with the service. I worked primarily with Jayden who was quite knowledgeable and very patient. I was leaving Xfinity Mobile and needless to say, they don't make it easy. After several calls to Xfinity we were able to get the information needed to port my data from my old phone to the new one. my wife and her friend came in for a phone plan. they talked and came to an agreement of $80 for payment and plan. the when it can to paperwork it came to $150. no one could explain why it went up that much. then they we're pressured into buying it. then got courage to return said phone and customer service was super disrespectful and rude. If I could give them a 0 I would. Verizon is terrible!! They have deceitful business practices, I was told I could get a FREE phone for my 80 yr old mother and it was a LIE, she could not use it, and they charged a restocking fee After they told me is was FREE! and would not turn her old phone back on to an account that I have managed in good faith! We were customers for more than 18 years since they were Altel! Their business practices are horrible. Now I have 3 phones on my account with them and they will not talk to me! How rude. It is so sad! I just need to get my daughters phone paid for and unlocked and NO COMMUNICATION! I would never recommend Verizon. read more

I've heard a lot of bizarre reasons from retailers as to why they cannot fix their mistakes. But today tops the cake. Not only was the associate cocky and a self proclaimed know it all... but he blames my pop socket for my iPhone shattering. When I purchased my phone before Christmas, the associate insisted that my iPhone XS Max would not be safe unless I purchased this $60 protective case that I wanted. If I carried my phone in this case it would definitely never shatter the phone. I drop my phone ONE TIME (in this Superman of protective cases) and the phone shatters. The associate I spoke to today tells me that the ONLY reason it shattered was because I was using a pop socket. Instead of assisting me with the issue I came in with, he tries to sell me one of their newest products. Thanks for your help. You were absolutely useless. read more

Yesterday, 9/8/18, we left a cell phone at Miejer on Airport Rd. We knew where we left it but it was not there when we went to look for it. We went to this store and Bobbie Sue helped tremendously by getting into our account and finding the phone at an address close to Meijer. We called the police and long story short, we have the phone back in the same condition as when we lost it. So many thanks to Bobbie Sue!. We would not have found it without her help. This is a nice store, nice staff, willing to work with you whatever your circumstances may be.. the only reason it got 4 stars was because we are always waiting 30+ to talk to someone.. and with a 1 year old that wait time seems like eternity! The associate we worked with was very unfriendly. We walked in around 7pm and the associate who helped us said to the customer he was working with "well I can see I'm not leaving until 9 tonight". We Worked with a younger kid who was rude and wouldn't even smile. Too pushy, my parents do not have money and after multiple times of saying no to the accessories that cost $40-$80 a piece, the associate kept pressuring them to buy. My parents purchased a phone because it was cheap and he told them that it was old and out of style and we should upgrade because it was a cheap phone. Even after they told him it was just to call and text. He was very rude and even muttered something under his breath to my father when he walked out irritated because the kid kept pressuring my mom into buying accessories and insurance. Every other customer working with an associate was laughing and having a great time. This experience was miserable. The young guy that helped us was not only extremely rude, but clearly did not want to be there. Very poor service. read more
