I ended giving my nephew the new Samsung ultra 26 phone. All the while, while he was setting up our phones, people came in -- mind you he was the only associate working today, he did such an amazing job handling all customers without much of a wait! It was really amazing to see and all with a friendly demeanor. To his manager, pls acknowledge him for his extraordinary efforts today. Michael, you rock!!     ABSOLUTE SCAM! They deserve 0 stars if that is possible! Will never recommend them to anyone…read more Customer service was absolutely awful. We got scammed into buying a phone we thought was $1 a month, and later realized they had given us the wrong phone, resulting in a $10.99 payment. They told us there was no way to trade in that phone and get the money back, nor would they give us a discount or take responsibility for what happened. This wasn't even the first time that this has happened. Extremely dissatisfied and will be leaving as soon as we can! To add on, we are traveling abroad, and the international plans are $12 per day for a total of $120, which is outrageous when we could just buy an eSIM, but we can't even do that. You aren't about to use eSIMs until you pay off your phone and unlock it. The process is complicated and a scam. They also started charging us when we entered the country without letting us know. We had to call them to find out why, and they still charged us per day even when we weren't using data and were only using wifi. VERY UPSETTING

The repair was complete. While i was waiting in line to pick up my phone. The Tech kid was explaining to customer when its a good time to replace the battery, and when to get rid of the phone. Found their conversation enlightening. I paid the $80, with a thank you, and out into the world i went. The only knock I would give them is the credit card "surcharge". Which I was told about at the very beginning. So if you go there to get your phone repaired. BRING CASH... I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I…read morespoke to Joy which was helpful in letting me know the estimated price as well as what locations are available for same day repair. I arrived to the location at around 12:30pm (time stamp in image.) I spoke to two employees. I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.
