This is by far the best Verizon store I've ever been in and everybody here is super friendly and helpful, particularly Bella, Nye, and chris. The store manager has assembled a tremendous team of very helpful, friendly positive staff and I strongly recommend if you have any issues in your anywhere near the neighborhood or even if you're not near the neighborhood it's worth it to come here to either buy a new phone or equipment or replacement or whatever. read more

He verbatim said that if it brakes just bring it in and they will replace it for free. Mind you I could have got 3 from amazon for $10. A few days later I went back to the store to replace it cause it was shattered, and they told me I had to pay for shipping which would be $20-$30. What a total scam. read more

This review is based on how my grandpa was treated today. It saddens me that I live in the mainland and my grandpa is back on the islands and it's hard to help him with electronics or make sure people don't try to take advantage of him with trying to sell him stuff he wouldn't need nor use from so far away. My grandpa had his phone for 5-6years prior to upgrading to an iPhone 11 on Saturday from the Pearlridge Verizon store, which is where he received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. So, I advised him to go to a different Verizon and I hoped they'd be more considerate and kind. Which brought him to Kailua today. He, didn't get the ladies name but when I called their customer service call center Marcus told me by pulling up my grandpa's account it must have been a "Kim", after telling him that I was told there were only two employees working a man and a woman. My grandpa left this store today feeling confident and very happy with the service he received. She (Kim) helped him get into his Facebook, add his contacts, help him Understand how much his bill would be each month, gave him a few tips and was so generously friendly and informative. For the past two days of having his new phone - he wanted to give it back and was so frustrated and unhappy until today. A big Mahola to Brandon! Purchased a new phone online for my broken iPhone. Spent so much time trying to get cell service turned on (was on the phone w/Verizon customer service beforehand and it was so frustrating). In short, I needed cell service to get a pin from Verizon to unlock and activate my phone. No one from Verizon customer service (including technical service) was able to help and understand my dilemma. Brandon took action and problem solved to get my cell service and new phone activated. I bought my new Pixel 2XL just under a month ago back in California. I purchased the go advantage screen protector package which isn't a bad deal. If your screen protector breaks or pops off or a scratched you can have it replaced for the lifetime of your phone. Mine popped off somewhere at the airport during my recent move to Hawaii. I called corporate and they directed me to this store in Kailua for a replacement. I brought all my receipts and paperwork as proof that I had purchased the package, ready for a long arduous argument because that's what happens every time you go in to a Verizon store. They basically make you pull out birth certificates marriage licenses and certificates death certificates you name it just to prove you purchased something... Then it's usually a two-hour wait and by the time a rep gets to you they're assholes! But luckily, not here at Go Wireless-Kailua! Brandon, the store manager, took care of me right away as soon as I told him about the screen protector. I pulled out all my contracts, receipts, etc. But he waved me off & proceeded to install a new protector! No arguments, no teeth pulling...just amazing good old fashioned great customer service.... something that Verizon corporate stores seem to have lost years ago. Then he noticed my case and asked if I had registered it and I said I don't think I did so he told me to call the Go Wireless corporate and register it so that if anything happens to my phone they will pay for it to be fixed! Who does that? Verizon store certainly wouldn't have told me that because they don't want to pay for anything even though that is part of their contract! When I had called Go Wireless is customer service call center, I had also received the best customer service. I am so impressed with Go Wireless that I will never go to a corporate Verizon store again! these guys weren't busy, they were willing to help, they were friendly and professional and I was out within 5 minutes! Brandon was top notch & so is his store! I highly recommend you purchased your phones through Go Wireless as you will get the best customer service and you won't have to prove that you're a human being to get that! So glad there's a Go Wireless in my town where I live and I never have to seek out a Verizon store again. BTW, they aren't a "fake" Verizon store. They are a bona fide authorized Verizon retailer... The manager, I believe his name was Brandon, helped me activate my Google pixel. I didn't buy it at that store and he activated it for free with great costumer service even though it didn't benefit him to help. It took a solid 15-20 minutes to activate. He even let me borrow his personal adapter piece in order to get contacts off my old phone. During that time he also found charges to my account that shouldn't have been there from where I originally purchased the phone. The other Verizon store OVER charged me $60. I had an amazing customer experience with Alex! I had to get a new phone because my phone broke from water damage. My brother is the owner of the account and I had to get ahold of him to know the passcode to our account. She was very patient with me as I had to figure out different ways to get ahold of him without having a phone. She was a great problem-solver and helped me think of ways to get ahold of him. We finally did and she made the process go very smoothly of getting a new phone. She was very personable and nice to talk to. She was also very efficient with her time and multi-tasking to help other customers. This Verizon office even has a waterproof machine so I was able to get my phone waterproofed for only $10. If there was a way I could put a negative stars I would. I was with my family member getting there phone fixed and over hear next to me a customer ask for help due to their phone being broken and wanting a simple phone for just the time being until they are able to get it fixed. The representative stated that he was unable to help him due to not knowing the 4 digit code. I do believe there are alternative ways to verify an account. After the customer was upset and had no way of contacting their family to let them know what happened they left. The representative continued to help another costumer and basically talk shit about the previous customer. I have worked in stressful situations before and I know for a fact no matter how upset you are you are supposed to keep your composure. Besides him being rude he was being verbally aggressive towards people when they walked in. Never have I experienced such bad customer service. Will not be coming back here! read more

If I could give this location zero, or even negative, stars...I would. After calling them repeatedly and going to the location and even talking to the MANAGER on every one of the occasions, we are still owed $300 by this company. I call corporate and they tell me that I have to take it up with that specific location. I have been being told by this locations manager Steven, that I will have the $300 refunded into my account in "3-5 business days" for over a month now. Today when I looked at my checking account i found out that this Go Wireless location has charged me an additional $200 today, FOR NO REASON! And WITHOUT PERMISSION from my husband or I. When asked what the charge was for THEY DIDN'T HAVE AN ANSWER! I told them to refund the money, release it, whatever....I was told there is nothing that they can do about it at this time. WTF. WORST EVERYTHING. Now this location owes me $500. I am afraid to even put any money in my checking account since these thieves will charge my account at apparently any given time without consent, permission, or even the debit card present. Save yourself and do not ever go here. I have already contacted the better business bureau as well as their corporate office in light of this new event, I have contacted Verizon Wireless themselves since they are affiliated (and informed them they should not be in business with such an awful corporation), I also plan to speak to a legal office tomorrow morning on the matter because this is more than unacceptable. read more

Twice now, they were ZERO help to both issues I've been having. Trying to exchange a charger that was GUARANTEED satisfaction, and that it would get swapped out if it ever fails to work. (Lifetime guarantee) Ben was beyond frustrating to work with. Does not care about costumer service and was beyond rude. Offered no resources or solutions. Then when we mentioned we have issues with the plan, he displayed laziness and lack of initiative to assist us AT ALL. Wrote down the costumer help line, which we already tried since he didn't want to do any work that day. (In regards to the charger issue) Once I called costumer help, they offered to speak to them so they could pay for the swap so the store didn't lose money. After REFUSING to speak to them, The store manager couldn't rush me out faster with a half way fix so I could be barely satisfied with the half as long different charger. Beyond disappointed in the store, and they way to offered NO help to the issues I was having. I will never return. UPDATE: The store Manager Jason was more than apologetic in regards to the situation, and did more than enough to assure me that his store will not have more experiences like the one I had. His professionalism and courtesy made me feel better about what had happened, and with the individual being held accountable makes me want to recommend this store. Awesome experience at this Verizon location! My phone broke the same day and needed a new phone asap. Brandon was helpful as heckkkk helping my husband and I through the process. I was switching over from Tmobile and wanted to keep the same phone number, no problem! He got tmobile on the phone right away and helped me cancel my account with them. He went over all the plans and helped us get the best plan to help us save some $$$. This was THE BEST experience Ive/Weve ever had with a cellular phone device company. We had already switched from ATT, because Verizon has more bands across Oahu, so now reception hits everywhere compared to ATT, where believe it or not, we couldnt use our cell phones at home, at all! No reception. Anyways, so todays event tops any experience weve ever had with any company. My husbands phone case wouldnt close. We expected a looong drawn out 'sell' on why we needed this and that to address it. It was completely the opposite. The battery had swollen such that the phone case popped open, etc, etc.. lots of problems thus started occuring. We werent forced into a new phone. Suggestions were offered, which we accepted (mind you, we do go elsewhere for 2nd opinions on our phones. Fear of being ripped off) but Brandon, our sales tech was soo thorough and able to answer OUR questions to OUR satisfaction that we immediately bought a new phone... ATT lost my data on prior phone upgrades, several times. Brandon went through the whole phone to assure ALL the data transferred. My husband, (who hates this kind of stuff) was getting into it. Hubby asked questions, and we understood the answers. We werent being taken and we knew it because of past experiences with various companies suckering us. Brandon was sooo patient, showed us everything we needed to know. Enlightened us on soo many things no one has told us before that has cost us big bucks in the past..
